As the CEO/Founder of CalUp since September 2020, Pete has overseen day-to-day operations, product direction and client engagement. From 2013-2019, Pete founded and operated Beeline Connect to transform the customer experience in the bicycle industry. Today, Beeline supports thousands of independent bicycle shops and dozens of bicycle brands helping to provide a seamless bicycle fulfillment and service experience.
Prior to Beeline, Pete spent 12 years as co-founding General Partner at Nokia Ventures and BlueRun Ventures, investing in early stage consumer and enterprise technology companies. Pete’s prior operating experience included positions as CFO at Software Alliance Corporation, acquired by Metavante, CFO at Ipsilon Networks, acquired by Nokia Corporation, and COO at AppCentral, acquired by Good Technology. Pete started his career at Price Waterhouse and received his BS in Business Administration from UC Berkeley.
