ABOUT THE SPEAKER
MEET TALYA KOSSTRIN
Talya Kosstrin, owner of Progressive Trans4mation, is a certified Integrative Health & Wellness coach who learned that it’s absolutely possible to live in a fast-paced environment and still maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Talya began her career in the hospitality field. Although she loved planning events, she experienced first-hand the adverse effects of a demanding and stressful job. Talya realized the importance of making the time to plan ahead and take care of her own health so that she could be her best self for others. Over time, she became interested in learning more about positive strategies to deal with the stresses of high-pressure jobs.
Talya helps her clients to focus on small, daily steps, and her goal is to inspire them to make gradual changes towards a happier, healthier, and more balanced life.
As clients learn the importance of making the time for self-care, they are less stressed, feel more energized, lose weight, sleep better and feel a greater sense of self-confidence. They learn that you don’t have to sacrifice your health for your career when you take small steps towards a progressive trans4mation!
