Come ready to participate. You won’t just be sitting around talking.
- 3:00–3:30 PM | Arrive + Get Connected – Check in, show off your category color and start mingling with a few unexpected surprises.
- 3:30–4:00 PM | Let the Games Begin – Enjoy delicious bites and your first challenge of the afternoon.
- 4:00–5:00 PM | Break the Pattern – Team up, think differently, and tackle a series of challenges designed to get you out of your usual networking circle.
- 5:00–5:30 PM | Dessert + Reconnect – Grab something sweet and enjoy a little more time to continue the conversations you started throughout the afternoon.

Each category has been assigned a color, and we’re encouraging you to wear your assigned color so everyone can easily see who’s in the room.
You’ll be able to spot different categories at a glance, making it easier to find people outside your usual networking circle.
But don’t just find your own color! The goal is to use the colors as a conversation starter and challenge yourself to connect with someone you don’t normally cross paths with.
