Yes! We’re the only local platform that includes every Central Florida venue — whether you’re new, boutique, corporate, or somewhere in between. 

But here’s the thing — not all listings perform equally.

To get the best results, your listing needs strong content: a functional website, great images, and a clear story about who you are and what you offer. 

We’re located just outside Central Florida. Can we still join?

Most likely, yes! If your venue is within a reasonable driving distance and markets to couples in Central Florida, we’d love to connect. Our audience is hyper-local, so proximity matters. But if you’re nearby and serving this market, there’s a good chance you’re a great fit. 

We’re an international destination venue. Can we still join?

Yes — if your venue is located outside the U.S. and markets to couples planning destination weddings, we offer a special section just for international venues. 

While the majority of our audience is based in Central Florida, many couples use our platform to explore destination options as well. Reach out to see if your venue would be a fit for this curated section. 

How much does it cost?

Our membership is $1,500/year or $150/month. Both are annual commitments, and your price includes everything — no hidden fees.

Can I just list for 3 months to try it out?

We only offer 12-month memberships because marketing a venue isn’t a short-term game. 

Wedding planning is seasonal — couples get engaged year-round, and their search timelines vary widely. A consistent, year-round presence means your venue is visible whenever they’re ready to book tours.

A full-year listing gives you the best chance to build momentum, maximize ROI, and stay top of mind during both high and low search periods. Most venues only need to book one wedding to cover the entire investment. 

Do you work with brand new venues?

Absolutely, we love discovering and supporting new venues. Wedding Venue Map is one of the best ways for new spaces to get found fast. We rank on page one of Google for 8,000+ wedding-related keywords, giving you instant visibility and momentum, even before your doors officially open.

As long as you have a website, even if you haven’t launched yet, we can create a basic listing to help you start building interest.

We’ll share suggestions and best practices to help improve visibility, strengthen your message, and attract more qualified leads.

How will I receive leads?

If a couple fills out the contact form on your Wedding Venue Map listing, you’ll receive an email inquiry with all the information they submit —names, wedding date, key details, and whether they’re ready to book a tour. You can reach out to them directly by using their email address. 

But that’s not the only way couples connect. 

Most visitors—over 80%—click through to your website and inquire with you directly. We recommend using Google Analytics or similar tools to track this referral traffic. And don’t forget to ask couples how they found you (though chances are, they’ll say “Google”… and that traffic likely started with us).

Will I have an account manager?

Yes! Every venue member is assigned a dedicated local account manager who’s here to help you get the most out of your membership. We’re a small but mighty team which means you’ll always know exactly who to contact and how to reach us when you need support.

Inside your member dashboard, you’ll find contact info for your entire support team, including your account manager. Whether you have a question, need advice, or just want a second set of eyes on your listing, we’re here. 

I manage multiple venues. Do you offer group discounts?

We do offer multi-venue pricing for management groups — just reach out and we’ll create a custom package for you.

My venue is ready to join – can we pay by check?

Yes, we do accept check payments, but only for the annual payment option (monthly payments require a credit card). To get started, email [email protected] to request an invoice.

Once your check is received, we’ll send you the link to access your account and create your listing. Please note that your membership benefits will begin once payment has been processed.
