The monthly email just for our members includes upcoming networking events, a list of new venues that have been added to our website, our favorite tools and systems, and opportunities for you to be featured.
Did you know that we participate in over 20 wedding shows a year? Our booth includes a slideshow of images from our venue members, allowing us to talk to engaged couples and promote your venue without you even being there!
You will receive an email with a form asking for what images you’d like to include.
- Instagram – Tag @WeddingVenueMap in your Instagram posts and reels so we can share them in our IG stories.
- Facebook – Have a blog post, facebook post, or other update you’d like to share? Email it to [email protected] so we can share on Facebook!

When we feature you in a blog post, we link back to your website, boosting your search engine optimization (SEO), meaning more people can find you on Google. We also share the blogs all over email and social media.

- Share your favorite wedding trend here! Each month we add more to our wedding trends blog post.
- Submit a real wedding to the blog here.
- Have your couples do the work for you! Make it part of your workflow and send them the following links so they can submit their real wedding themselves here or share their proposal story here.
- Tips & Advice Articles – You can write the full article yourself or we can work together to create a blog post that is super helpful for couples planning their wedding in Central Florida.
We constantly promote our members in our email marketing! We have multiple email lists, including engaged couples, venues, vendors, WVM members, and more!
If you want to get the word out about any news, promotions, or upcoming events, be sure to let us know so we can work it into our email marketing.
Each month we host a live webinar giving you tips and tools to grow your business, featuring expertise from WVM founder Shannon Tarrant or another talented wedding and event professional.
We encourage you to attend live so you can ask questions, but if you can’t make it that’s ok! We send out the replay to all of our members.

As a venue member, you receive one free ticket to most of our events. For the few exclusions, you will still get a discount on those tickets.
We know it’s hard to step away from your venue and make networking events a priority, but try to come to at least a few! It’s the best way to create connections with other venues, build referrals, and learn about new vendors.

Making in-person connections is the best way to grow your business, create new connections, and build referrals.
As a Trusted Vendor, you will receive a promo code that you can use when registering for our events on Humanitix. As a vendor member, that promo code will do one of three things depending on the type of event:
1. If it’s a members-only event, it will get you access to purchase tickets.
2. If it’s a public event, it may give you a discount.
3. If it’s a public event, it may give you a free ticket.

A member of the Wedding Venue Map team will go in and review your listing through the eyes of an engaged couple. You will receive a screen recording walking you through some updates you can make to enhance your listing and make it the best it can be.
