We provide full-service wedding rentals, including handcrafted tables, bars, arches, benches, and other statement pieces that bring warmth and intention to your event. Our inventory is always evolving—we’re constantly adding new, one-of-a-kind items you won’t find anywhere else. Every rental includes delivery, setup, and takedown, so you can focus on your day while we handle the details.

Archway Events is based in Gainesville and serves weddings across North and Central Florida. We regularly deliver to Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, and St. Augustine, and we’re happy to travel farther for the right event. If your vision aligns with our style, we’ll go the distance to make it happen.
Pricing
We have pre-built packages for guest counts ranging from 60 to 200 guests. We can custom build smaller and larger packages - just give us a call! Pre-built packages range from $2500 (60 Guests) to $6500 (200 Guests)
