What should couples know before their first consultation with you?
Our consultation will be a relaxed conversation—it’s simply a chance for me to learn how I can best support you as your wedding coordinator. You don’t need a detailed plan—just a general idea of your timeline, venue, and key vendors already booked. I’ll ask about your vision for the flow of the day, any special traditions or details you want honored, and where you’d love extra peace of mind. My role is to step in, organize the moving parts, and ensure your day runs smoothly so you can be fully present.
How would you describe your style or approach?
I would describe my style as detail-driven yet heart-centered. I focus on the little things that make a big impact—so your day not only runs seamlessly but also feels personal and unforgettable. My approach is to stay organized behind the scenes while making sure you and your guests experience a day filled with ease, joy, and meaningful touches.
What does the process of working with you look like?
1. Initial Consultation – We chat about your vision, booked vendors, and priorities so I can understand your day. 2. Planning Handoff – About 6 weeks before your wedding, we go over the details that you have completed and contacts of booked vendors. 3. Final Walkthrough – We meet at your venue to confirm logistics, finalize the timeline, and catch any last details. 4. Wedding Week – I connect with your vendors, manage the schedule, and tie up all loose ends so you don’t have to. 5. Wedding Day – I handle every detail, big and small, so you and your guests can relax and fully enjoy the celebration.
How far in advance do you recommend couples book their services?
Most couples book coordination 8–12 months ahead to lock in their date, but it’s never too early to reach out! If your wedding is coming up sooner, don’t worry—I often take on last-minute bookings too. The earlier we connect, the more peace of mind you’ll have knowing your day is in good hands.

What is one thing couples often forget to ask but should?
Couples often forget to ask “Who handles the unexpected?” Things like weather shifts, vendor delays, or last-minute changes aren’t fun to think about, but they do happen. As your coordinator, I’m the point person for all of it—so you never have to worry about problem-solving on your wedding day.
