We chat over the phone to connect and provide you with all the information needed. Or you can opt out from the call and fill out a questionnaire so that we can create your proposal. Once proposal is sent out we follow up via email to ensure quote was received. We know sometimes emails tend to slip into spam folders so the follow up email confirms receipt of it. Once you view our price point we schedule a follow up call to answer any questions and to go over tasting dates. Tastings are so important to us because we understand that not every chef cooks the same. And we want to make sure that our flavors meet your taste buds expectations. Once tasting is scheduled we provide the option of delivering the tasting menu items to the client's home or we can set up a face to face in our meeting space. Once tasting is executed we provide the client with two weeks to think over their decision, and or explore other options. Our method is concentrated on flexibility and not so pushy the sale aspect. We want our clients to feel completely comfortable in moving forward with us on the determining factors of pricing, customer service, and flavor profile. Once the two weeks are up, if they are ready to move forward, then they would just submit 20% of their deposit amount but if we have a special going on then they get to combine that end. We offer flexible deposit payment plans, in case additional time is needed.
