Have you been searching the internet and every wedding planning magazine you can get your hands on for the perfect Central Florida Boho wedding inspiration?
If you’re looking to be inspired, this shoot is nothing less than perfect for that role. Hear from Ashley at Hanky Panky Blooms who put together this Central Florida Boho Wedding Inspiration shoot showcasing ten different vendors!
What was the theme for the shoot?
Boho.
Reason for choosing the venue:
I love all the different spaces at the venue. We choose the garden because we were excited to show off the natural beauty of the venue.
The Details:
This Bohemian-inspired styled shoot took place at the Estate on the Halifax, a private 10-acre estate located in Port Orange, FL. The elegant estate had a variety of naturally beautiful locations including the grand oak tree and the gorgeous garden.
The wood floral arrangements provided an eye-catching addition to the decor and cake, making the wedding colors pop against the natural scenery. The everlasting florals created a forever memory of the happy couples’ wedding memories.
Can you describe what you provided for the shoot?
The wood flowers were provided by me as well as some decor, tablecloths, and inspiration.
What would this look cost if a couple asked you to provide it for a wedding?
Bridal Bouquet is $120, Groom Boutonniere is $22, Headpiece is $25, and Arbor Piece is $160.
Hear from the vendors:
Emi Morgan Photography
Emi Morgan Photography provided photography. I love to create warm, earthy-toned photos. This would have cost $3,200 or more.
Lily’s Bridal Outlet
Lily’s Bridal provided the dress. Our inspiration was the theme of the styled shoot. This dress would cost $1000-$15000.
Amour Daydream Studio
Amour Daydream Studio provided a 5-piece invitation suite (invitation, envelope, rsvp card, rsvp envelope, and detail card) with vellum wrap, macrame ties, wax seal, and dried flowers, vellum place cards with white ink, and individual menus with macrame and wax seals.
Our inspiration was from the lovely mood board with the colors and boho feel. For a real wedding, the invitation suite with all the embellishments for 100 sets would be $1,225 (without the embellishments and just the 5 piece suite would be $550 for 100 sets). Vellum place cards are $2 each, and menus with embellishments would be $5.75 each.
The International Academy
We provided hair and makeup. We wanted to use the colors of the natural elements to accentuate the bride’s natural beauty. Since we are a school, the price would be around $50 to $100.
Chain of Events Rentals
Chain of Events Rentals provided the sweetheart table, arbor, dessert stand, and chairs. We made sure to follow the theme and bring a touch of that natural boho look to life. This would cost $200-$500 for a real wedding.
Marriage Material
Marriage Material supplied the tablescapes for this shoot- the vintage fine china, flatware, chargers, goblets and stemware, candles (with candlestick holders), table runners, cloth napkins, and votives. The very talented Ashley Hankerson provided me with her vision which I brought to light.
For a real wedding, per 8-person table, depending on the extent of items requested, the per-table starts at $215 / table.
Simpul Boutique
Simpul Boutique provided a handmade Boho macrame backdrop. This particular style is designed in a way that it can be folded up and shipped so that it can be rented for non-local weddings. The backdrop does not come on a dowel but has loops incorporated into it so that it can be compacted during shipping and transport.
I took snippets from smaller art pieces I had made and created them in a larger format. I wanted a backdrop that was subtle and would augment the vibe of the entire setting instead of taking away from it. For a real wedding, this would cost $125/day rental or $450-$500 purchased.
Daisy Delights Events
We provided wedding cakes and desserts. I was given an inspiration board and went from there. For the cake, we went for a boho naked look with Wood Flowers provided by Hanky Panky Blooms.
The dessert ladder was my favorite part, to be honest. All my desserts were displayed: Macarons, Mini Cupcakes, Brownies, Key Lime Pie, Lemon Meringue Pie, Caramel Popcorn, Rice Krispie Treats, Apple Pie Dessert cups, and different Mousse Cups. This would cost $550-$800 depending on the number of desserts.
