The Vue Ballroom Wedding and Event Open House hosted by the Swan Reserve Hotel

Please join us at the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve for an Open House in the Vue Ballroom.  This complimentary event will be held on Sat. November 1, 2025 from 10:00am – 2:00pm.  Come see the spectacular views of all of Walt Disney World on the 15th floor of the Swan Reserve while sipping on champagne and sampling our signature wedding cake flavors.  You can meet our Catering Sales and Event team in person while you have a self guided tour through our foyer, terrace and ballroom.   All interested couples, parents, friends, family, planners and vendors are invited.
