What's a fun or unusual fact about you or your company?

Having Grown Up in Hawaii… and through her extensive travels the last 10 years (guess how many countries she's been to!), she’s gained an extensive appreciation of varying cultural backgrounds. All of those experiences helped her become the fun-loving, people focused, wedding musician she is -- who loves helping couples dig into their love story and discover songs that are meaningful to them. Thus she loves catering to many different styles of music, especially the relaxing and enchanting Hawaiian style vibe.

How did you get started as a wedding pro?

After years of having friends request for her to play at their wedding, Aloha Erica decided to shift her work as a performance musician of 13 years to focus on weddings -- and she's never looked back! "There's something that happens in me when I'm watching someone walk down the aisle as I sing a never-been-heard-before rendition of the song they equate with their connection to their partner. I feel immense joy in that moment knowing I helped them relax into enjoying this pivotal moment in their journey together. And no matter what goes "differently than planned," I work behind the scenes to make it appear as if it went exactly as it was meant to happen. I love that!"

Share a piece of advice to reduce stress in the wedding planning process.

When it comes to planning a wedding, there are A MILLION details to consider. With so many options and people telling you what to do, it can be easy to slip into people pleasing. And that’s what makes you feel paralyzed and forget what’s important.
