ABC Fine Wine & Spirits, Florida’s oldest and largest family-owned fine wine and spirits retailer, offers a Concierge Service to eliminate the hassle of bar planning and purchasing for your upcoming wedding, party or corporate event! Now you can save time and money by attending a free consultation at one of our eight concierge stores in the Central Florida area.
A professional Wine & Spirits Consultant will assist you in making selections and determining the appropriate amount to purchase while staying within your budget. As you know, there are plenty of details to tackle in planning any event. We look forward to assisting you with this element, so you can concentrate on the rest!
Services Offered
We offer free consultations at one of our 9 Concierge locations to meet with a Wine & Spirits Specialist to plan exactly what you need for your wedding day, all while staying within your budget! We will assist with your selections and help calculate exactly how much you will need. We also offer the peace of mind to purchase enough without running out, because we accept returns. We offer a full refund on any unopened/un-chilled products.
During the Consultation
• Sample featured wines and spirits
• Customize the selections for your wedding
• Receive recommendations based on your selected menu
• Have expert assistance to determine the correct amount to purchase depending on guest count, selection ratios and the number of bars

• Receive $10 off every $100 spent on most wine selections (Excludes wines that are already deeply discounted)
• Ability to return all unopened/undamaged products for a full refund
• FREE delivery to event venue or caterer/bar service on packages over $1000 (from store location closest to the venue) ***If you select a store location for your consultation that is more than 20 miles from your venue/delivery location, a $60 delivery fee will be applied.

The best time to start planning your bar is usually 30-60 days prior to the event date. We are happy to assist you with an idea of what to budget in advance, if needed.

Our Concierge service can assist couples with any budget! Regardless, if you are planning on a top shelf full- bar for 500 guests, or a more intimate ceremony with a classy toast, we look forward to planning this element with you! All orders are uniquely customized, so the price range is up to you! ABC Concierge offers amazing discounts on retail pricing and promotions, so you know immediately what you are saving when you are partnered with a venue that allows for outside vendors.

Our full service areas include Central Florida, Tampa and Jacksonville. These areas include Concierge locations for in-person consultations and delivery. We are still happy to assist couples anywhere in the state for pick-up orders. Other territories coming soon!
