Hey, I’m Ruthie, luxury and destination wedding content creator at Julious Daughters. I’m a storyteller with my IPhone, capturing the magic of love in weddings. More than just wedding day content, I create lasting memories that celebrate the enduring power of love.

I have had the privilege of immersing myself in the enchanting world of weddings for over 15 years. My journey began as a wedding planner in the bustling streets of NYC, specializing in curating unforgettable luxury South Asian weddings for over 7 years. Following my passion, I ventured to Puerto Rico where I pioneered the creation of the only wedding blog on the island, igniting inspiration and love stories.

However, life’s unforeseen challenges led me to Orlando, where I embarked on a new chapter as the General Manager of one of the city’s premier bridal salons. Through each chapter, I have honed my expertise and cultivated a profound understanding of the intricacies of wedding planning.

My diverse experiences are what make me a unique content creator. I possess an innate sense of timing, seamlessly blending into the background to ensure the spotlight remains on the couple. I thrive on collaboration, recognizing the significance of teamwork in bringing dreams to life.

I am based in Orlando, but available to travel worldwide. Anything outside a 30-mile radius of Winter Garden incurs a travel fee.

Gosh where do I start when it comes to Ruthie!? I had the privilege of working alongside her this past weekend & her professionalism absolutely SHINES. Clearly she has been a seasoned professional in the wedding industry for many years. Coming from a documentary wedding photographer\'s perspective, it can be a little worrisome to work with a content creator (or a videographer for this matter) because the whole content team can make or break the client experience. Ruthie was a breath of fresh air! She was kind, communicative via emails and zoom calls pre-wedding (for both fellow vendors and her clients!) and she worked harmoniously with myself and the videographer. She clearly listened to her client\'s desires and needs and made them feel at ease, which in turn made me feel at ease. Not once did I feel like Ruthie & I were competing or in each other\'s way. It was clockwork! And I think this is largely in part due to her experience as a wedding planner & working in bridal fashion for years. Ruthie is a giver and a sharer. Anyone would be lucky to work alongside her on a wedding day and I\'m very hopeful that my future clients will take my suggestion to hire her!

What makes you or your business stand out and why should a couple hire you?

My experience in the wedding industry is what sets me apart from other content creators. I understand the importance of a timeline, staying out of the way of photo/video, and working together, while also understanding what brides are looking for and being able to capture that through a creative eye.

What's a fun or unusual fact about you or your company?

The company is named after my dad, Julio, who passed away almost 5yrs. ago.

How did you get started as a wedding pro?

I have been in the wedding industry for over 15 years. I used to be a wedding planner in NYC for luxury South Asian weddings for a little over 7 years, after which I started the only wedding blog in Puerto Rico. Unfortunately, after a hurricane hit the island I relocated to Orlando and became the GM at one of the top bridal salons in the city.

What's your favorite wedding tradition and why?

Seeing the groom's reaction as the bride walks down the aisle. Most people focus on the bride, but there is nothing like the emotion in a groom's eyes when he sees his bride to be walk down the aisle.
