Couples tend to fall in love with three things here: the flexibility to book us all-inclusive or bring in your own vendors and DIY it your way; full weekend on-site lodging at our Farmhouse and Campsite, plus a private Bridal Suite and separate Groom’s Quarters for getting ready; and our picture-perfect outdoor spaces — the tree-canopied Evergreen Garden for ceremonies and The Ruby Room for receptions, with our resident farm animals roaming the property. Yes. Catering and bar service are included with our all-inclusive packages, and couples who prefer to plan independently are welcome to bring in their own caterer. For liability purposes, any alcohol supplied by the couple must be served by our licensed and insured bartender.

No there is not.

You’ll have full access to the venue from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, giving you plenty of time to set up, celebrate, and pack up at your own pace. This 12-hour rental window can be used however you choose, from decorating and getting ready to your ceremony and reception. At this time, additional hours are not available for purchase, so we recommend planning your timeline within the provided rental period.

We host only one wedding per day, ensuring you have the venue all to yourself. Your celebration is our sole focus, so you can enjoy a private, stress-free experience without sharing the space with other events.

Setup and breakdown of tables and chairs isn’t included with a standard rental, but it is included if you book our all-inclusive package — just let us know which route you’d like to go and we’ll make sure it’s covered.

Yes, an on-site venue manager is included and will be present throughout your event to oversee the venue and property — they don’t assist with event-day tasks. If you’d like hands-on coordination, a day-of coordinator is included with our all-inclusive package.

Absolutely! We offer discounted rates for off-season weddings. Our peak season runs from March through May and September through November, while our off-peak season—December through February and June through August—offers significant savings. It’s a wonderful way to celebrate your wedding at Ruby Oaks while maximizing your budget.

Yes! Ruby Oaks offers two on-site lodging options so you can truly make the most of your wedding weekend. We have a charming 3-bedroom home that sleeps up to 7 guests and a cozy camper that sleeps 4. Couples often use these spaces for getting ready, family stays, or as a fun spot for the bridal party to gather. Rental of both of these properties is not included in the venue rate, but can be added for a small fee.

Absolutely! Pets are welcome at Ruby Oaks, and many couples choose to have their dogs walk down the aisle, join photos, or simply be part of the big day.

Yes. Interacting with the animals is one of the highlights of Ruby Oaks. We have chickens, goats, a cow, and yes even a zebra! With a few simple guidelines in place, your guests can enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience. Reach out to us to learn more.
