Offering a blank canvas event space, outdoor ceremony spaces, Airbnb, and even farm animals, you can create a celebration that is perfectly suited to your vision. Tie the knot outdoors in the romantic Evergreen Garden, with a canopy of lush trees as your backdrop.
For receptions, The Ruby Room is ideal, with its open floor plan and elegant white drapery. You and your loved ones are welcome to stay onsite at the Farmhouse and Campsite before the big day, so you can relax as you get ready to say, “I do.” Altogether, the venue can accommodate up to 100 guests on your special day.
Wedding packages with Ruby Oaks Event Venue are bespoke, with the talented events crew looking after all the details. You’ll have use of the property for twelve hours, with Chiavari chairs, banquet tables, a getting ready room, and linens included. These event professionals also offer setup and breakdown services, and you’re welcome to bring in your vendors as well as caterer of choice to prepare a delicious wedding meal.

We do not provide catering services, allowing you the flexibility to bring in the caterer of your choice. However, we do offer bar services, and all alcohol service must be provided through our in-house bartender to ensure a seamless and safe guest experience.
Is there a guest or spending minimum required to book?
No there is not.
How much setup time is included, and can they purchase extra?
You’ll have full access to the venue from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, giving you plenty of time to set up, celebrate, and pack up at your own pace. This 12-hour rental window can be used however you choose, from decorating and getting ready to your ceremony and reception. At this time, additional hours are not available for purchase, so we recommend planning your timeline within the provided rental period.
How many weddings do you host per day/weekend?
We host only one wedding per day, ensuring you have the venue all to yourself. Your celebration is our sole focus, so you can enjoy a private, stress-free experience without sharing the space with other events.
Do you handle the setup of tables/chairs?
Yes, our team will handle the setup & breakdown.
Do you include an on-site venue manager, or is that an additional expense?
Yes, an on-site venue manager will be available to assist day of the event.

Can we stay on property?
Yes! Ruby Oaks offers two on-site lodging options so you can truly make the most of your wedding weekend. We have a charming 3-bedroom home that sleeps up to 7 guests and a cozy camper that sleeps 4. Couples often use these spaces for getting ready, family stays, or as a fun spot for the bridal party to gather. Rental of both of these properties is not included in the venue rate, but can be added for a small fee.
Can we have our pets on property?
Absolutely! Pets are welcome at Ruby Oaks, and many couples choose to have their dogs walk down the aisle, join photos, or simply be part of the big day.
Can we interact with the farm animals?
