Our wedding packages have been carefully constructed with you and your guests in mind! Our packages include the expertise of our own event planner that will assist you in planning the various aspects of your wedding. These include scheduling a planning meeting, menu tasting and rehearsal and being there to guide your ceremony and events on your wedding day! Packages also include use of the bridal suite, ceremony lawn, grounds for photography, restaurant for cocktail hour and banquet room for reception. Our staff takes care of setup and clean up and we provide all the linens, dishware and glassware needed. We also include hors d’oeuvres, a delicious meal for you and your guests, non-alcoholic beverages and option for a bar.

Yes, we provide a catered plated meal and hors d'oeuvres as well as bar services. We allow you to bring a cake or dessert from a licensed bakery or store.

Our Classic and Signature packages have a minimum of 50 guests for booking, but we do not have any additional "minimums" in place.

We do not require wedding insurance, but always recommend insuring your event financially in case of unforeseen circumstances.

We are most noted for our lovely indoor reception space, easy flow of our spaces from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception. Clients love our easy, inclusive packaging.

The outdoor ceremony lawn overlooking the lake and course, beautiful indoor reception space with lovely lighting and views, and the adjacent firepit veranda which is a stunning spot for sunset are the most highlighted features of our venue.

Brides are welcome to arrive in the morning to get ready in the onsite bridal dressing room. You can look out of the windows overlooking the ceremony site to watch the setup and arrival of your guests as you get ready. Ceremonies are 4:00 or 4:30 in the afternoon. Guests arrive and are welcomed to the ceremony lawn. Our event coordinator will be here to organize your timeline and ensure a smooth ceremony. After the ceremony, guests enjoy hors d'oeuvres and cocktail hour while you and your wedding party take pictures. Our event coordinator will escort the bride, groom and photographer on one of our golf carts to one of our bridges for photos. A grand entrance through our stunning barn doors begins the reception. From there, first dances, followed by a plated dinner, toasting, cake cutting and more celebrating await you. A festive exit through our front doors ends the evening.

We do! We are happy to offer suggestions on vendors if needed, but also allow you to bring your own preferred vendors to make your day perfect. Some examples of permitted vendors are DJ, Florist, Photographer, Officiant, Wedding Planner. We require that vendors be licensed and our event planner is available for consultation if needed.

After you’ve said YES! to St. Johns Golf and Country Club, we will provide an event contract to you that will be signed and returned with a 20% deposit to secure the requested date for your wedding.
