Suzanne and Matthew celebrated their boho farm wedding at Chapel Valley Farm, a captivating wedding venue nestled on 25 acres of stunning property in the heart of Central Florida.
When we saw their amazing images, we knew we needed to feature this couple’s beautiful and special boho farm wedding day. Hunter from Chapel Valley Farm shared their experience working with Suzanne and Matthew.
How did you bring the couple’s vision to life with the services that you provided?
At Chapel Valley Farms, we pride ourselves on turning each couple’s vision into reality by offering personalized experiences amidst the breathtaking natural landscape.
From the very first consultation, we listen closely to their ideas and preferences, whether it’s about incorporating live animals, highlighting scenic backdrops, or customizing outdoor setups.
Our team works hand-in-hand with them to select the perfect location on the property, ensure flawless logistics, and add those unique touches that reflect their style.
By blending their vision with our expertise and the beauty of the venue, we create unforgettable moments that truly bring their dreams to life.
What was your favorite personal or design detail that was unique to the couple included in this boho farm wedding?
My favorite personal detail from this boho farm wedding was the couple’s decision to incorporate a rustic, yet whimsical/boho touch by having big pompous decor.
They brought amazing decor, adorned with our live-growing florals as a backdrop, to escort the bridal party down the aisle.
The decor matched with the live florals added a unique and memorable addition to the boho farm wedding that connected their love of nature and the outdoors with the venue’s charm.
This element not only reflected their adventurous spirits but also created a magical atmosphere for their guests. Seeing their vision come to life in such a personalized and special way was truly unforgettable.
Tell me more about your roadmap working with this couple.
Our roadmap with this couple started from the moment they first visited our property.
During the initial consultation, we spent time understanding their vision, style, and preferences—whether that meant focusing on the scenic outdoor areas, incorporating the outdoor elements of our venue, or designing custom layouts for their ceremony and reception.
From there, we moved into planning, where with the help of SMS Event and Design we provided tailored recommendations, including the best ceremony spots, reception layouts, and décor ideas that matched the theme for their boho farm wedding.
Throughout the planning process, we had regular check-ins to ensure every detail was falling into place—from vendor coordination to finalizing guest logistics.
We worked collaboratively with their vendors to ensure everything from lighting to florals complemented the natural beauty of the property.
On the day of the boho farm wedding, our team was on-site managing everything, from setting up the ceremony area to coordinating the procession.
Our goal was to provide a seamless, stress-free experience while ensuring their vision was brought to life in every detail.
By the time the boho farm wedding day arrived, the couple could relax and enjoy the experience, knowing that we had all the logistics handled.
It was truly a team effort from start to finish, and seeing everything come together for them was incredibly rewarding.
Do you have any wedding planning or marriage advice that you’d like to share with other couples planning their day?
When it comes to wedding planning, my advice is to stay true to what makes your relationship special.
It’s easy to get caught up in trends or the opinions of others, but your wedding day should reflect your unique bond.
Focus on the elements that matter most to you as a couple—whether that’s an intimate ceremony surrounded by nature, a fun reception with family and friends, or incorporating personal touches that tell your story.
And remember, it’s okay to prioritize your own happiness; the day is ultimately about celebrating your love.
For marriage, my advice is to embrace the partnership. Wedding planning can be stressful, but it’s a great reminder that marriage is about teamwork, compromise, and open communication.
Whether it’s making decisions together during the planning process or navigating life’s challenges, always take time to listen, be patient with one another, and find joy in the little moments.
After all, the wedding is just one day—the marriage is a lifetime of shared adventures.
Congratulations Suzanne & Matthew on your boho farm wedding!
