Our coordination packages start at $1,650, with a variety of à la carte services available starting at $300 to customize the level of support that’s right for you.

What does the process of working with your company look like?
While every package is customized, our Month Of Coordination process is simple: • Onboarding Call to get acquainted and review your event details • Planning support leading up to your final meeting • Final venue meeting approximately 6–8 weeks before your event • Direct access to your coordinator from your final meeting through event day • Rehearsal coordination included • On-site event management from setup to cleanup From timelines and vendors to the unexpected surprises that come with every event, The Ladies in Pink are there to keep everything running smoothly.
What is a unique tip you tell your couples that is specific to your vendor category?
When it comes to Event Day, the biggest help you can give to your Coordinator is to set them up for success with organization! Nothing gets us Coordinators rolling through setup like organized & labeled decor, photo references & locations of where you would like the decor to go!
