We specialize in Month of Coordination and are competitively priced with our packages starting at $1,250! We offer a la carte services as well, starting at $300!
Areas in Florida We Serve
We currently service Central Florida, Tampa, Lakeland and Daytona, but we have traveled as far as the Florida Keys & are always open to new cities, out of state and destination events!

What does the process of working with your company look like?
We specialize in Day of Coordinating. Planning any event can be stressful, especially when it comes to the event day. With our Day of Coordinating package, we offer the best of both worlds for our clients. They have the opportunity to select their own vendors & gather all of the details but have the perk of handing over all of those details to their Coordinator and enjoying the months leading up to their event. Although our packages are titled “Day of Coordinating”, our clients have access to their Coordinators up to 60-Days out from their event.
What is a unique tip you tell your couples that is specific to your vendor category?
When it comes to Event Day, the biggest help you can give to your Coordinator is to set them up for success with organization! Nothing gets us Coordinators rolling through setup like organized & labeled decor, photo references & locations of where you would like the decor to go!
What current trends have you seen at weddings?
We’ve been loving the fact that people are expressing their individuality at their weddings by going against traditions like choosing a Dessert Bar or Late Night Snack over a Cake Cutting!
