“I chose to get involved because as a photographer I wanted to network with other wedding industry professionals in my area. I know how valuable style shoots are to get to know other vendors and be in the presence of so much talent. I also knew going in that photographing a styled shoot was going to challenge me creatively and force me to think on my feet.
I provide timeless, bright, and airy photographs that reflect love and light. When I photograph, I want you to feel joy and positivity by looking at my images. When I found out Jennifer was doing a Christmas themed style shoot, I knew this was the perfect one for me to be a part of. My brand represents love, joy, and all that is good in the world. Christmas is that!
My wedding collections start at $950 and vary based on the client’s hours of coverage.” – Snapshots by Gabriela
Jennifer Nicole Photography
“As a photographer, it’s important to stay on top of current events and such and post relevant things on your social media, so not having a lot of holiday photos for December has always been a struggle for me. I planned the shoot with publication and great holiday content in mind for myself and for the other photographers that attended.
I organized the mood board and inspiration, gathered all the details, brainstormed with all the vendors to create a cohesive look, coordinated the timeline and schedule, and executed the setup and placement the day of. I chose all the vendors we used and also provided photos for them as well as Gabriela and video services.
I just wanted to put together a classy and romantic holiday look. I really love Christmas and knew this would create a lot of excitement in a year like 2020 where we were finally able to get out, be creative, work together, and make something really great.
I’m really proud of my vendor team and what they all produced. It takes a ton of time and money to put one of these together and I’m super grateful for them all. It looked even better than my mood board!
I don’t provide wedding planning services as I am a photographer and videographer. I enjoy hosting and planning styled shoots specifically in my downtime because it allows me to be creative and create great content that can’t always be shown at weddings.
It also allows me to meet new people, create new friendships and relationships with other vendors and I get to help other photographers create quality content for their portfolios especially newer photographers trying to get exposure and build a solid portfolio.” – Jennifer Nicole Photography

I provided the Tabletop Rentals, Beautiful Christmas themed plates/glassware, Gold/Silver Baroque flatware, Emerald green napkins, Assorted Candles, and red vases.
I love Christmas and I have always had a Christmas event so this was perfect. If a couple wanted me to provide my services, it would be $35 per person.” – The Event Company

“I had worked with Jenn prior on another styled shoot. Her work is amazing & I was in love with this holiday look she had pulled together. I provided all the flat lay items, which included: Ribbon, Ring Boxes, Rings, Wax seals & Styling scissors. The lux rich tones of the holiday inspired me. I focused on the Hunter Green and Merlot and added pops of gold
I had 3 styled kits, each kit ranges from $75 to $100. The Fake ring sets are $55.” – Champagne and Grit
Benedict Bridal
“We are a brand-new Bridal Boutique, so I try to take as many styled shoots on as possible when they fit our aesthetic. Networking with vendors and future Brides is invaluable to us, so when Jenn asked us to participate – we were overjoyed.
Benedict Bridal Co. provided the gowns, veils, and jewelry for each of the Brides. I wanted to mimic the timeless joy of the holiday, outlined with a modern twist. Each Bride had a different wedding look; however, they all had a nice flow. Our gowns range from $1K-$2.5K, and veils from $60-$280.” – Benedict Bridal

Beauty by Ashely
“I chose to get involved with this shoot because I wanted to network with other creative vendors in the area, and I wanted to create beautiful Christmas inspired looks for the brides! Each bride had a very different look, I used inspiration from the color palette of the shoot while keeping a traditional, glowing bride look. A makeup application like this would cost roughly $150.” – Beauty by Ashley
Flourish Creative Designs
“I chose to get involved in the shoot because Christmas is my favorite holiday, and I knew Jennifer’s vision would come together so beautifully! I provided a full invitation suite, two custom signs including a welcome sign and a holiday-inspired quote, and table decor including handwritten wood in place cards, and table numbers.
The inspiration for this look was an elegant, deep burgundy and emerald Christmas theme. I really wanted to capture Jennifer’s vision of the deep colors, and the classic yet elegant Christmas feel. The signage would cost between $75-200 depending on the size, design, and materials, and the invitation suite would range between $2.50-$7.00 per suite based on design, materials, and number of pieces. We always work with our couples to fit within their budget and design products that allow their vision to come to life!” – Flourish Creative Designs
Angela’s Floral Studio
“I have loved working on styled shoots because it allows each vendor to show off their skills and creativity. Doing a styled shoot is so much more than putting a few things together to take a photograph of. It takes time and planning, communication with other small business owners, and collaborating with one another.
I decided to get involved with this particular styled shoot because it helps brides and grooms, venues, photographers, bakeries, rental equipment companies, florists and so many other small businesses to network with one another and come together as a team.
I provided all the floral arrangements, bridal bouquets, plants, garlands, and anything that needed florals. From the arch to the magnificent table settings Angela’s Floral Studio did every floral seen in this shoot. The inspiration came from another vendor’s idea (Jennifer Nichole Photography) of wanting to collaborate on an emerald and maroon Christmas themed styled shoot.
I instantly jumped on board and started gathering my ideas of what florals we were going to feature in this shoot. When it came time to design, the art just flowed, and all came together like Christmas magic. There are 3 styles in this shoot, each would be different price points.
For florals for a wedding, it can be costly. However, each arrangement is made with the idea of repurposing during different times of the wedding to allow florals to be cost-effective and affordable. This particular wedding for florals would cost approximately $3000 – $5000.” – Angela’s Floral Studio
LuBelle’s Cakes
Decorating your wedding cake to reflect the theme or style of your wedding day can be a great way to tie in desserts with the rest of the decor, but why stop there? A romantic Christmas wedding has so many different ways to tie in the theme with other desserts, such as Christmas cookies or cupcakes with frosted cranberries!
“I got involved because Christmas is my favorite holiday! For this styled shoot, I wanted to put together an entire dessert display to show all of the options you can have for yourself and guests at your wedding. I love when couples think outside of the box and inquire about dessert bars. We provided the items listed below on the dessert bar:
Mint Chocolate Chip Cake Trifles
Red Velvet with Cream Cheese Cake Trifles
Cookies & Cream Cake Pops
White Chocolate Peppermint Pretzels
Vanilla Bean Cupcakes topped with Sugared Cranberries
Decorated Gingerbread Cookies
Decorated Sugar Cookies
Coconut & Plain Chocolate Covered Strawberries
White Almond Wedding Cake
My inspiration was romance at Christmas time. Christmas time is such a beautiful time of year and sets a perfect background for getting married! The flavors of dessert I chose are definitely favorites that you can find this time of year! Dessert bars of this size would start at $500, depending on the final number of guests and servings.” – LuBelle’s Cakes
Wedding Venue Map Tip: Including other kinds of desserts with your cake gives you and your partner the opportunity to share more of your personalities with some of your favorites displayed for guests.
Bar and Bubbles
“The vendors are incredible to work with and I knew under their creative direction it would come together beautifully. I provided a renovated horse trailer turned Mobile Bar and Holiday Inspired Cocktails.
My inspiration was the Emerald, Red, and Gold hues to bring out a modern in love look to Christmas. We offer mobile bartending packages starting at $350.” – Bar and Bubbles
Coastal Events FL
“We are a local event planning company and wanted to network with new vendors and a new venue. The Protea venue is absolutely stunning and when we saw that Jennifer Niccole Photo was looking for a wooden arch for the aesthetic of the Holiday Romance shoot that was being held at that new venue, we jumped right into the opportunity!
We are so glad we did because we have met so many wonderful “friendors” now and have some great memories to share!
As part of our offerings to our brides, we have a very trendy 8-foot-tall hexagon wooden arch that was handmade specifically for our events. The arch has a name, Arabella, and her personality resonates with love, prayer, and beauty.
Arabella is typically used to support marriage ceremonies as a backdrop for the wedded couple but was used very differently for this styled shoot as it was set against the Protea barn doors and draped so elegantly with rich red and green florals and crushed red velvet drapery provided by Angela’s Floral Studio. The photographs that were produced included elegant brides, a beautiful cake, and a high fashion mood. It was well styled and received a lot of attention.
Coastal Event Management rental fee for Arabella is $175 + travel cost to have it delivered and set up. Arabella has been used just as she looks without florals in some ceremonies because the couple wanted the natural wood to not be covered in any way.
Working with your floral design team, you have an open world of opportunity to create the perfect look and ambiance. The styling team for the Holiday Romance shoot did not disappoint with the color, texture, and placement of the florals that helped to bring out its natural elegance in an already elegant setting!” – Coastal Events FL
