About Kiss My Patch
Kiss My Patch is a family-owned custom activation company based in Orlando, Florida, serving all of Central Florida. We bring fully staffed pop-up bars to events, where guests choose their item, pick their patches or designs, and watch our team press their one-of-a-kind creation on the spot.
Our signature hat bar features trucker hats in a curated color lineup with a wall of patches to choose from, and our specialty and combo bars let guests personalize socks, totes, bandanas, jerseys, koozies, slippers and backpack tags. Our in-house creative team designs custom iron-on patches, sublimation, and DTF printed transfers featuring logos, event themes, monograms and more.
For clients who don’t need a live bar, we also produce finished custom pieces in bulk for teams, bridal parties, staff gifts, giveaways and auction items. We work with a wide range of clients.
For corporate events and trade shows, we create branded booth activations that draw traffic and send attendees home with merch they’ll actually wear. Venues and hospitality brands bring us in for special nights and guest promotions, and event planners and wedding vendors partner with us as an easy, memorable add-on for their clients.
We create custom hats and keepsakes for weddings and bachelorette parties, and our bars double as an activity and party favor for birthdays and private celebrations of any age. Through our school partnership program, we share 50% of fundraiser profits directly with PTAs and PTOs, and we also make custom gear for sports teams, clubs, troops and community organizations.
Kiss My Patch is run by Jakki and Andrew. Andrew leads creative direction and design, and Jakki runs operations, so every event gets both a strong creative vision and a smooth, organized experience from first quote to final press. We’re a no-pressure company with clear, all-in pricing, and we believe the best event moments are the ones guests get to make themselves.

A Little About Our Pricing
Wedding activation packages start at $500, with a 50-guest minimum. Every package includes a fully staffed activation bar, setup and breakdown, and custom patch designs featuring the couple’s names, monogram or wedding date. Pricing depends on your guest count, the items you choose and the number of custom designs. Our most popular wedding package is the custom hat bar, where guests choose a trucker hat and design it with their favorite patches. Combo packages, such as socks and a koozie or a tote and patches, are also available. Bulk favors and bridal party gear are quoted separately. A 50% deposit reserves your date, with the balance due 24 hours before the event.

Kiss My Patch is based in Orlando, and our main service area is Central Florida, including Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake, Volusia, Brevard and Polk counties. We regularly serve Orlando, Winter Park, Kissimmee, Lake Nona, Sanford, Clermont and the surrounding areas. We also travel throughout the entire state of Florida, including Tampa, Lakeland, St. Petersburg, Sarasota, the Space Coast, Daytona, Jacksonville, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and the Panhandle. Travel fees may apply for events outside of Central Florida. Wherever your wedding is in Florida, we’ll bring the activation bar to you.

What does the process of working with you look like?
Working with Kiss My Patch is simple and stress-free. It starts with a quick consultation where we learn about your wedding date, venue, guest count and vision. From there, we send a clear, all-in quote with package options that fit your celebration and budget. Once you’re ready, a 50% deposit reserves your date. Next comes the fun part: our creative director designs your custom patches using your names, monogram, wedding date, colors or any special details you’d like included, and we share the designs for your approval. We also help you choose the right items and colors for your guests. Custom patches take about five weeks to produce, and we’ll confirm final details like guest count, timeline and venue setup as your wedding gets closer. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before your event. On your wedding day, our team arrives early to set up, runs the activation bar throughout the event, presses every guest’s creation on the spot and handles the full breakdown, so you can simply enjoy your day.
How far in advance do you recommend couples book their services?
We recommend booking at least two to three months before your wedding. Our custom patches take about five weeks to produce, so booking early gives us plenty of time to design your patches, share them for approval and prepare every detail without any rush. For weddings during Florida’s busiest wedding season, roughly October through April, or on popular weekend dates, we suggest reaching out four to six months in advance, since dates can fill up quickly. Planning something last-minute? Reach out anyway. If we have availability, we’ll do our best to make it work, and we can offer options from our existing patch collection when there isn’t enough time for fully custom designs.

Do you offer customizable packages or à la carte options?
Yes! Every package can be customized to fit your wedding. You can choose your items, colors and number of custom patch designs, or mix and match items like hats, totes, koozies and socks in a combo bar. We also offer à la carte options, such as bulk custom favors for welcome bags and matching gear for your bridal party, which can be added to any package or ordered on their own.
What is one thing couples often forget to ask but should?
Couples often forget to ask whether their activation bar will be indoors or outdoors. Florida humidity affects how well patches adhere, so from June through October we set up indoors or in a covered, climate-controlled space. Letting us know your venue layout early helps us plan the perfect spot, so your guests’ creations look great and last long after the wedding.
