ERA approaches event planning through the lens of theatrical production. We begin with the story you want your guests to experience, then intentionally shape the entertainment, design, sound, lighting, flavors, aromas and interactive moments around it.
The result is more than a beautiful event. It is an experience your guests can see, hear, taste, touch and feel.
Before choosing the décor, entertainment or menu, we begin with the experience. What should your guests feel when they arrive? What story should unfold throughout the evening? What should they remember when it is over?
We design the story through the senses. And when every sense tells the same story, guests don’t simply attend the event. They experience it.

Our All-Inclusive Signature Planning Experience starts at $18,000.

We are a fully mobile entertainment and production company based in Orlando, FL, serving high-end weddings and events throughout Florida and beyond.
Our core service regions include the Orlando metropolitan area, Tampa Bay, Lakeland, Miami, West Palm Beach, and the greater East Coast. We also travel nationwide and internationally for select events.
Travel and mileage fees may apply depending on location and scope of the event. Please contact us for a custom quote based on your venue and entertainment needs.

Creative Director
Angel Soto
Angel has spent his entire life in the entertainment industry. Starting at age 4 in the dance field, he quickly was attracted to adding more artistic experiences such as acting, musical instruments and singing. Angel found his passion and the importance of properly delivering art to create core memories and an impact. After many years on stages, he decided to open ERA Entertainment in 2015 to develop and create performers to now deliver and create these core memories and impact at each event.
