Hosting a networking event, workshop, or wedding show in Central Florida? We’re interested to learn more and possibly share it on our Wedding Venue Map calendar!

Eligibility / Guidelines

  • For engaged couples or wedding professional events only
  • Local to Central Florida (or clearly serving the market)
  • Submissions are reviewed by our team before publishing
  • Members can submit unlimited events through their dashboard (automatic approval)

We review all submissions within 3 – 5 business days. If approved, your event will be listed on our Wedding Venue Map calendar and may be featured in our weekly emails or social media posts.

A clear, compelling description gives attendees a reason to show up, builds excitement, and helps the right audience find you. **We recommend using the same image from your Facebook event page or Eventbrite listing to keep your event branding consistent. If no image is submitted, the listing will not include a photo.

What about experience enhancement vendor categories you might not have thought of? (ie. coffee cart, live event artists, content creator, etc) **

Are you a Wedding Venue Map member? If not, there may be a fee for listing your event.*
Will Wedding Venue Map receive a leads email list from the show for helping you promote the event?*
If we are able to get them to you, can we provide printed venue maps to be distributed at the event in your swag bags or on a table?
Would you be interested in Wedding Venue Map to be there in person with a table or in a booth if we are available to attend?

Please note that event requests are subject to approval & editing and are not guaranteed to be posted. it is highly recommended that submissions are submitted at least 45 days prior to an event; forms submitted a week to several days prior to the actual event are likely NOT to be posted. By checking this box, I am confirming that I have submitted all of the information requested. My event may also be included in the monthly event eblast. I understand that WeddingVenueMap.com reserves the right to select which events are featured and may alter the text included with my submission. I represent and warrant that I own all materials or that I otherwise have sufficient right, title and interest in and to such materials to grant WeddingVenueMap.com the licenses and rights to publish this work without violating, infringing or misappropriating the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, intellectual property rights or any other rights of any person.
