Hospitality-led event staffing to support guest experience and the flow of the day. Quarter Note (Up to 4 hours)… $350 Half Note (Up to 6 hours)… $500 Whole Note (Up to 8 hours)… $675 Overture (Up to 14 hours)… $1000 Staffing scope is determined in advance based on guest count and event needs and may require multiple staffing blocks for proper coverage. Hospitality-led bartending designed to elevate the guest experience and support the natural flow of your event. Our team brings professionalism, efficiency, and a calm presence behind the bar—so service feels polished, seamless, and well-managed. Bar Service Only Up to 6 hours of professional bar service Experienced, licensed bartender Liquor consultation and shopping list Cleanup & Breakdown

What does the process of working with your company look like?
We begin with a conversation to understand your event and determine the right level of support. From there, we create a personalized plan, guide the process, and lead execution on the day so everything runs seamlessly. After the event, we follow up to ensure the experience met or exceeded expectations.
What is included in your most popular packages?
All of our packages are customized to your unique needs and are based on guest count, length of service, and scope.
What current trends have you seen at weddings?
Couples are enjoying a more natural scene. Golden hour Garden Vibes! Lots of vintage–one couple we are working with have thrifted all of their china!
What advice would you give a couple who is starting the search for the perfect venue?
Vibes don’t lie… If it feels right, go with it!
My venue requires liability insurance for vendors, (especially bartenders), are you licensed and insured?
Yes, all of our staff members are professionally licensed, personally vetted and insured with a liquor and general liability policy of 1 million per occurrence.
Do you offer catering?
No, (not yet!). We partner with local chefs and offer our staffing services to flawlessly execute their culinary creations. If you would like your favorite restaurant to cater and they do not provide servers, that’s where we come in–to bring that full dining experience to you.
