Allegro Events provides expert event staffing, including event managers, wedding planners and coordinators, bartenders, waitstaff, and support staff, all tailored to your unique needs. Full-Service Support: From setup to service, cleanup, and breakdown, we’ve got you covered. Customized Wedding Cocktails: We’ll craft, design, and print a signature cocktail menu that perfectly reflects your style and vision. Service Area
Our service area includes Greater Orlando, (up to a 30 mile radius from Downtown). This includes all of Orange County and parts of Seminole, Volusia, Polk, Lake, and Osceola. We also have services in Miami with plans to expand into Tampa and Jacksonville in the near future.

Planning Services Day of Coordination… Starting at $1500/day Partial Planning… Starting at $3000 Full Planning… Starting at $6000 *Please Note a 22% Service Charge will be added to your final invoice to help cover the cost of wages for the team. No gratuity is needed but will be accepted if offered. For events with bartending services, a tip jar will be placed at the bar unless otherwise requested by the client. A travel charge will be assessed for events that are over 30 miles from 32803 at a rate of $2/mile per staff member or standard IRS mileage for events requiring 5 or more staff members.
