Couples don’t need to come in with everything figured out—that’s what we’re here for—but a little preparation can make the consultation even more productive and fun! Before your first meeting with us, it helps to have a general sense of your guest count, venue (or at least the type of space you’re considering), and overall budget comfort range. Even if these are rough estimates, they give us a strong starting point to guide rental recommendations that will fit your needs. It’s also helpful to think about the feeling you want your wedding to have—romantic and timeless, modern and minimal, bold and colorful, etc. Pinterest boards or inspiration photos are great, even if they feel a little all over the place. We’ll help refine the vision and translate it into a cohesive design using the right rentals.

It begins with your consultation, where we learn about your event vision, venue, guest count, and overall style. From there, we start building a customized rental proposal that reflects your event—everything from table settings and glassware to statement pieces and specialty items like dance floors. Once you receive your proposal, we refine it together. We can swap items, adjust quantities, and explore different design directions until everything feels just right. We’re here to guide you through those choices so it never feels overwhelming. After your selections are finalized and your date is secured, we handle all the logistics—coordinating delivery, setup, and pickup . Throughout the process, we’re available for questions, updates, and design support. Our goal is to make the rental side of your planning feel effortless so you can focus on enjoying the celebration.

We always recommend earlier rather than later! You don’t want to wait too long that the items you want most are already rented on your date. It’s best to start early and get your rental order in so that we can secure everything you need.
