At Bake Me A Cake, we believe that every event deserves a touch of sweet perfection. For over 20 years, we’ve been serving the Central Florida community with custom-designed wedding cakes, decadent dessert tables, and stunning centerpieces.
Led by Mercedes, a world-renowned cake designer and one of North America’s Top 10 Cake Designers, our bakery is committed to crafting desserts that not only taste incredible but are true works of art.
Mercedes’ passion for cake design has earned her recognition as an Artist of Excellence with Satin Ice Fondant, and her creations have been featured in dozens of prestigious magazines. From the first bite to the last, our desserts will elevate your celebration, leaving your guests saying “Wow!”
We specialize in amazing weddding cakes and would love for you to come in for a cake consultation and complimentary tasting. Our wedding cakes range between $7-$12 per serving based on amount of decoration, time, handmade details, handmade sugar flowers and assembly that goes into making your cake. All of our cakes are custom made and are made using your style in mind.
We make cupcakes for all occasions and have an amazing assortment of delicious flavors. From Classic to Custom!!
Our bakery offers two sizes of cupcakes…mini and classic. Our mini cupcakes start at $1.50 each depending on decoration and our classic start at $3.00 each also depending on decoration. Similar to cakes…our cupcakes can be decorated in a way that requires many hours of work to make each flower, animal and decoration.

Our pricing varies by the amount of work involved, including handmade sugar details, handmade sugar flowers and hours of decorating time per every cake.. On average our wedding cake prices begin at $6 per serving but can vary by the amount of work involved and serving size. We also offer several dessert packages and encourage you to reach out for a quote.

We provide service to all over Central Florida including Orlando, Kissimmee and Beyond. We have delivered to Tampa area and also have delivered as far North as St Augustine, and Daytona Beach. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

How would you define your "style"?
Our style is very detailed and artistic. Our cakes and desserts are not only delicious but they are also a form of art and can see the dedication brought to each one.
What does the process of working with your company look like?
We would love to work with you. If you are interested in receiving a quote or scheduling a cake tasting please email us, text us or give us a call. Our cake tastings are free and provided up to 4 guests during the consultation with Mercedes. Our bakery is located in Orange City, Florida and all our consultations are scheduled on site. We also can schedule a virtual consultation for those that are having destination weddings or are unable to make it in person. Once we have a sketch drawn out based on your inspiration and wedding details we will send you the quote which is based by the amount of work involved, handmade details, sugar details and number of decorating hours. We have several packages that can usually find something that may meet your budget.
What advice would you give a couple who is starting the search for the perfect venue?
Remember to plan according to our weather. Unfortunately weather is unpredictable but has a large factor with outdoor weddings. Please stay in communication with all your vendors and make sure they know all details about the venue and your ideas. For example, having an outdoor wedding reception the middle of the summer will impact the cake and guests.
