About Big City Catering
With more than seventy team members, many of whom have global experience in the culinary arts, you begin to understand why “Big City” is so appropriately named. From preparation to presentation, our management team has collectively gathered more than a hundred years of hospitality and catering experience and we use that knowledge to create legendary events for our customers.
The careful coordination of the Culinary and Operations teams blends menu creations and logistics into a seamless experience enjoyed by both guest and host alike. From the simplest party to the most lavish, casual or elegant, Big City is ever mindful of the details, assuring a successful event, regardless of budget.

Big City Catering designs unique culinary experiences for life’s special occasions. Our menus represent a wide variety of cuisines, including American, Eastern European, Greek, Indian, Italian, Mexican, and more. We also offer delicious halal, kosher, nut-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and vegan options. We would be delighted to help make your wedding a wonderful, memorable day like no other. We also offer many different beverage selections, including bar packages, signature drinks, and different types of bar-add ons. Our servers and bartenders come highly reviewed based on their attentiveness and exceptional customer service.

Our catering pricing ranges from $85.95 per person and up for full service-events. This price can include:

We provide services across Central Florida, and we travel up to 60 miles outside of Orlando. Some cities we have been to include New Smyrna Beach, Tavares, Lake Mary, Celebration, St. Cloud and Lake Wales.

What is included in your most popular packages?
Our most popular package includes, but is not limited to, two pass hors d’oeuvres, one salad, two sides, and two entrees. However, we offer a variety of different packages, and most are made custom.
What if I have a guest who has dietary needs/special meals?
If you have a guest(s) who has specific dietary restrictions/allergies, such as vegan vegetarian or allergies, do not worry! We are happy to accommodate them with a “chef’s choice” meal and/or notify you of the ingredients for the menu in its entirety. There is not an additional charge for a special meal, your guest(s) will just be charged the normal per person menu price.
What is a Private Tasting?
A Private Tasting is available for our wedding client’s and is hosted at our facility. It is complimentary for two (2) people to try up to five (5) food options. If you would like to invite more guests or try more food options, there is a small charge. Private Tastings are available on select Tuesday – Thursday during business hours.

Jaimz joins the Big City team with over 20 years in the wedding and event industry ranging from cakes to floral and now catering.
Sales is the name of her game and she’s at her best when finding ways to make clients’ budgets work for their celebrations. A mom of 2, she likes swing dancing and appearing on stages all over central Florida entertaining in various shows through the year.

My wife and I catered our wedding through Big City Catering and were amazed by the quality of the food and service. They provided delicious appetizers and a plated dinner for our 120+ person wedding. Through the planning process, we were able to test several options from their menu for the cocktail hour and reception. Accommodating dietary restrictions and kid\’s meals was very easy, and communicating changes to them was simple. We would highly recommend them for other weddings or large events.

As someone who has been working in the event & wedding industry for 7 years I knew I wanted the best vendors at my wedding and that is what Big City is! Big City catered both my rehearsal dinner and wedding. For our rehearsal dinner we did a Caribbean themed menu and everyone RAVED and LOVED it! As foodies, having a lot of food and good food on wedding day was important and Big City delivered. They helped customize our menu to get exactly what we were looking for. Ally and Jaimz answered my emails in a timely manor which is essential when planning a wedding. On wedding day, the big city staff took amazing care of our guests. Some of our guests even remembers the servers names that\’s how above and beyond their service is! There is no better caterer in Orlando, just book them 🙂

After I found my dream wedding venue, I never would’ve imagined that I would indirectly discover my dream wedding caterer at the same time! My wedding venue was Luxmore Grande Estate located in Winter Springs, FL. Big City was the catering company that was partnered with my venue, and so that eliminated the stress of me having to search for a catering company. And I am SO glad and fortunate that Big City was my catering vendor for my special day! Big City Catering was phenomenal. The food was delicious, and we received so many compliments about how good the food was at our wedding. They were also extremely easy to work with as communication was easy and the staff members were extremely professional. We primarily communicated and worked with Ally S., and she was incredible. I had some concerns about a family member who has Celiac Disease, and so I wanted all of our food at the wedding to be strictly gluten-free. That was no problem for Big City as they had many gluten-free options and alternatives, and I never once had to worry about cross contamination. The tasting was amazing too, as I was able to bring my mother (who has Celiac Disease), my dad, and my husband without any additional charges! I highly recommend this catering company
