Before launching Casco Event Co., I built a successful career in medical sales—where I mastered problem-solving, organization, and handling high-pressure situations with precision.

But I wanted something more fulfilling, something where I could bring joy, excitement, and once-in-a-lifetime experiences to people’s lives.

I took a leap of faith and immersed myself in wedding planning, gaining invaluable hands-on experience as a lead planner at one of Orlando’s top wedding firms. From orchestrating intricate timelines to managing last-minute surprises with grace, I quickly fell in love with turning complex logistics into seamless, joyful celebrations. It’s a small adjustment that makes a big emotional impact and helps you stay present throughout the day. Weddings in 2025 are all about personalization and guest experience. Couples are leaning into bold, expressive color palettes—think rich jewel tones, terracotta, and unexpected combos like lavender and burnt orange. We’re seeing a rise in weekend-long wedding experiences with welcome parties, farewell brunches, and interactive moments like audio guestbooks, scent bars, and portrait paintings. Minimalist florals are out, and lush, layered textures are in—think dramatic blooms, velvet linens, drapery and candlelight everywhere

What advice would you give a couple who is starting the search for the perfect venue?

Before touring any venues, sit down together and get clear on your priorities—guest count, style, location, and budget. Then, think about the logistics: does the venue include tables, chairs, and staffing? What’s the rain plan? How many hours are included? You will always catch me enjoying a moment on the dance floor towards the end of the night with my couples and their loved ones!

Trust your team and don’t try to do it all alone!! Hire vendors you truly connect with, then let them do what they do best. When you release the need to control every detail, you create space to actually enjoy one of the most spectacular seasons of your life and look forward to your big day with joy instead of stress.

What's your favorite wedding tradition and why?

One of my favorite traditions is the private last dance between the couple after the guests have exited. It’s a quiet, intimate moment to soak in the magic of the day—just the two of you. Amid all the celebration and chaos, it brings everything back to the heart of the wedding: your love and connection with each other.

I’m lucky to work with couples who truly value the experience as much as the aesthetics. They’re often busy professionals or creative souls who want their wedding to feel personal, intentional, and unforgettable—but don’t have the time (or desire!) to stress over the details. My couples trust me to take their vision and elevate it, and they appreciate thoughtful planning, meaningful moments, and a seamless process.
