Cheryl Andrews, founder, and CEO of Cheryl’s Distinctive Creations (CDC Floral) has a passion for design, style, and beauty. It is only natural that she ends up on the Wedding and Event Floral stage. She holds accreditation as a Certified Floral Designer and Master Designer by State and International Associations. Together, along with Business Partner/Vice President Darlene Walker, they have assembled a remarkable team of individuals that share a commitment to quality, hard work, and customer satisfaction.
Cheryl’s Distinctive Creations (CDC Floral) provides fast responses, detailed proposals that include inspiration photos and can bring your vision to life with beautifully arranged flowers and greenery at a price that works with your budget. Large or small we service it all.
We know it is not easy planning with the constant changes of today’s world. CDC Floral is committed to keeping clients and staff safe by offer planning services via telephone, video chat (Zoom or Skype), email, and in-person while adhering to CDC safety guidelines. This gives our clients the best option to fit into their schedule.
We are on many venues’ preferred vendor lists including The Alfond Inn, Cypress Creek Farmhouse, Omni Resort Orlando at ChampionsGate, Paradise Cove, Margaritaville Resort, Reunion Resort, and many more.

A Little About Our Pricing
Intimate wedding packages available from $200 – $875; primarily includes bouquets, boutonnieres and corsages using very popular floral such as Hydrangea and Roses.
Average pricing for full blown floral including personal flowers (bouquets boutonnieres, corsages) ceremony, and reception floral – $4,000.00 This depends on the season, styling preferences, amount of decor and types of flowers.

How would you define your "style"?
Our “style” is in our name, Distinctive! We pride ourselves in giving the client what they ask for with the professional guidance of our President, Certified Floral Designer; Cheryl Andrews.
What does the process of working with your company look like?
It’s as easy as 1-2-3! 1. It starts with fact finding with our pre-consultation questionnaire. From here we schedule a face to face with our couples, their families or anyone else they want to be a part of the conversation. Appointments are by video chat or in person with weekday and Saturday mornings available. 2. We then prepare a formal quote with pricing, options, photos everything you need to envision this special day. Revisions are never a problem, we’ll work tirelessly to make your floral decor a perfect fit. 3. Now that the vision has been signed off on and retainer paid, you just wait for wedding or event day and leave the rest to the professionals. We will deliver and set everything contracted, make any transfers from ceremony to reception and return to pick up any rental items. Full service, Professional design, Expert delivery – what does this mean? Complete customer satisfaction!
What is included in your most popular packages?
Our Intimate or Small Wedding packages have 3 levels. Each starts with the Bridal Bouquet and Groom’s Boutonniere using beautiful seasonal flowers, foliage and filler. The levels increase with the addition of Bridesmaids Bouquets, Corsages and additional Boutonnieres. These can be a great “jumping off” point for your wedding design. By adding specialty flowers such as Peony, Garden Roses, Orchids, etc. you can customize your bouquet to create the perfect focal area for your photographs to create those beautiful lasting memories.
What is a unique tip you tell your couples that is specific to your vendor category?
Choose your color pallet, set your budget and rely on the professionals. If there is a specific flower that has special meaning but is budget busting; use it in the Bridal bouquet and substitute less expensive flowers in other areas that will complete the look but still convey the message and keep your budget intact.
What current trends have you seen at weddings?
Texture, natural materials, muted and tonal color. It allows us to incorporate special touches such as Pampas Grass, preserved and dried materials in addition to our remarkable fresh floral.
What advice would you give a couple who is starting the search for the perfect venue?

From our first meeting with CDC, I knew that we were in great hands. So sweet to work with, always quick to respond. Everything from the table florals to my bouquet was exactly how I described it and pictured it to be. Everything was beautiful put together so perfectly. Last minute I requested some extra flowers for a flat lay and CDC made it so easy to get the flowers and they too were delivered with just as much care as the rest of the flowers. Cheryl did absolutely a phenomenal job on my wedding bouquet. I was able to brainstorm with her and share inspiration pictures back and forth. We drafted a design together that I absolutely fell in love with. When I first saw my bouquet in person I was so overwhelmed with emotion that I started crying. It was everything I could hope for and so much more! It completed my look for my wedding day! I had a concern about shipping my bouquet the day after the wedding, we opted to hire a preservation company to press our flowers so that we could admire them forever. But CDC bared with me through all my concerns and questions and helped me through this process and offered the best tips on how I could go about shipping my beautiful bouquet. I cannot say enough great things about Cheryl and Darlene at CDC Floral. They offered such great advice and were super conscientious of price point and worked very hard to make suggestions to maximize my budget to make our wedding beautiful! The communication was perfect, very responsive. They also arrived on time and set everything up for the wedding day perfectly! Darlene even helped pin the boutonnieres for the groomsmen to make sure they looked their best! They were extremely thoughtful, clear, and made the entire process super easy. I recommend them to anyone planning a wedding!
