Sophia was our wedding coordinator for our wedding in April 2022 and we can say without a doubt our wedding wouldn’t have been what it was without her. Sophia and her team were amazing! I hired them for day of coordination, and I never once regretted the decision - literally all the stress of executing our wedding was lifted! From the first meeting Sophia understood our vision and was able to answer any questions we threw at her. As the date drew closer she was always available for questions, usually replying within a few hours of emails. She managed rehearsal beautifully (it’s not easy to wrangle so many people) and the day of her team literally went beyond expectations. It was like magic, I never once felt I needed to worry about other vendors and If any problems came up, I honestly had no idea because they were solved before I ever knew about it. In that critical moment, Sophia took charge and swiftly intervened. She and her team efficiently moved everything, ensuring that our ceremony commenced with a mere 15-minute delay. Witnessing her exceptional problem-solving skills, quick thinking, and remarkable leadership was truly impressive. Moreover, she effectively communicated with both of us throughout the process, involving us in important decisions and keeping us informed every step of the way. The ceremony and the entire evening went flawlessly from there. Sophia ensured that every detail was perfect, and everyone had an incredible time. We cannot thank her enough for her hard work and dedication. To top it all off, at the end of the night, Sophia made sure that all our personal belongings and wedding items were safely secured in our hotel room.
