Corwin’s Catering is proudly serving all of Central Florida and South Georgia! We are a professional, full-service catering company that is lead by a “Le Cordon Bleu Graduate” (Chef Corwin Cowart, CEC). We specialize in many types of cuisines such as Southern-style, Italian, Hispanic, Jamaican, Asian, traditional American and more, and will service all types of events, whether it be a corporate event, wedding, party, or even a personal chef experience in your own home.

We are proudly serving all of Central Florida! We frequently travel to cities like Tampa, Miami, Atlanta, and have even traveled to states like Tennessee!

Pricing

We do our best to offer packages that best suites our clients needs and budget. On average, our clients spend about $45 - $85 per person on full service events for large groups of 40+ people. However, we offer all types of packages including budget friendly packages and more elaborate packages.

My husband and I got Married last year 09/02/22 and we had a Hindu wedding. All of the dishes were Vegetarian and Chef Corwin understood the assignment! His food was so amazing and delicious, you can tell he puts his whole heart into everything he makes! Chef Corwin is the absolute best and I would highly recommend his catering services. First class service! I can’t think of a better description and they are 100! I was totally impressed and they delivered more than what we expected. It was my second time using Corwin Catering for a holiday family event and they were phenomenal! Thank you so much for making use feel “first class!” We are so grateful for your service and it is certainly unmatched! And, Corwin even showed up and that was something that we didn’t expect, so he’s truly good at what he does! The food and service were impeccable. Truly, the food was delicious and we had over 8 entrees in one serving! They made the vision a reality and my family was certainly impressed and mission accomplished! I’m definitely going to use them again! You will be well served and in the end, you deserve “FIRST CLASS!”

I hired Corwin for my grandmother\'s birthday party back in 2020. The party was delayed for two years due to Covid. We finally had the party this month and I must say my expectations were exceeded. The staff was wonderful, pleasant, and very accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with their services. The staff contributed to the success of the party. I was very impressed and would definitely use Corwin\'s Catering again. The food was also delicious.

What makes you or your business stand out and why should a couple hire you?

There are many things we pride ourselves on when it comes to the catering service we offer, but one aspect in particular that sets us a part from other catering companies is the fact that we cook all of our food on site out of our traveling kitchens. We have 5 large trucks that hold traveling kitchens inside which allow us to cook on site and provide fresh, out-of-the-oven food for our couples and their guests. We cater anywhere- whether or not your venue has a kitchen on site.

What's a fun or unusual fact about you or your company?

Executive Chef, Chef Corwin Cowart, was born and raised in Southern Georgia. Although he cooks all types of food (Italian, Hispanic, Jamaican, Asian, traditional American and more,), his Southern cooking is truly spectacular! (and he travels!!) Here at Corwin's Catering we are willing to travel outside of Florida if need be!

How did you get started as a wedding pro?

After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu with a culinary degree, Chef Corwin had the opportunity to work as an Executive Chef for a couple of country clubs. During that time, he came across many other prospects that were looking to hire a chef to cater for their event. Shortly after he began to cater events on the side, he eventually started his own catering business "Corwin's Personal Chef & Catering Services"!

Always hire wedding professionals! We will make your special day so much more enjoyable and take away the stress of planning.

What's your favorite wedding tradition and why?

Late night snacks! Such a fun a delicious trend! During a long night of dancing, a pizza bar or taco bar is exactly what you'll need to power you through.

We are one of the preferred caterers to many elite wedding venues here in Florida! Whether your wedding theme is classic, glamourous, rustic or country, we are here to come up with a menu that best suites your vision!

What are some of the best compliments you've received from your clients?

Customer service is everything to us! From the moment you inquire to the day you walk down the aisle, you will receive our utmost attention and complete sincerity from us. Many of our clients have expressed their appreciation to this, and it is just a great feeling to know how happy are clients are, and that our hard work and dedication was acknowledged and appreciated.
