Frequently Asked Questions
How would you define your "style"?
Elegant & Fun. I blend re-imagined pop with a timeless touch—modern energy, classy feel. Think warm vocals, piano, and a little cheeky sparkle when it fits the moment. Clear, guest-friendly sound. Calm for the aisle, toe-tapping for cocktails.
What does the process of working with your company look like?
1) Connect. Quick call to learn your date, vibe, and must-plays. 2) Design. I build a custom set list for ceremony, cocktail, and key moments. 3) Confirm. Simple contract + 25% retainer; final details call before the event. 4) Celebrate. I arrive early, coordinate cues, and keep everything flowing. 5) Encore. Post-event check-in and an easy way to share feedback. Would a simple, tailored plan help you feel at ease?
What is included in your most popular packages?
Pre-event consult to learn your style and timeline. Custom set list (from my repertoire) for aisle and cocktails. Signature Duo option with Harrison (piano/Music Director). Smooth cues & light MC (names, moments—no hype). Professional setup & strike with compact amplification as appropriate for the space. Travel within 25 miles of Orlando. Note: officiant mic/large-scale audio is not standard; available by request.
What is a unique tip you tell your couples that is specific to your vendor category?
Use emotional power words to spark song ideas (first date, comfort, family, promise, joy). Then map music to micro-moments many couples forget: parents’ seating, unity or signing, room reveal, private last song, goodbye wave. Tiny moments + the right song = big feelings.
What current trends have you seen at weddings?
– Re-imagined pop for the aisle (modern song, timeless feel) – Unplugged ceremonies (present, tech-light) – Welcome-party music the night before (duo/trio) – Shorter toasts, longer mingle during cocktail hour – Private last dance before the send-off – Guest-friendly volume and clean, elegant staging
What advice would you give a couple who is starting the search for the perfect venue?
Book the venue first, then build your team. As you tour, ask: – Indoor/covered backup plan for weather – Power access and sound limits (outdoor ordinances) – Load-in path and vendor access time – Space for a duo/trio and where music will sit – Piano on site? (If yes, condition and tuning?) Want me to review your floor plan and suggest the best ensemble?
