Originally from New York and trained under some of the city’s best, I came to Florida with high standards and a passion for connection. I saw too many weddings suffer from bland banquet food and impersonal service so I created a different path. With Done Wright, you get personalized attention, no long waits, and zero compromise on flavor or presentation.

Full Catering Services: From appetizers to desserts, we take care of everything. Our goal is to provide exceptional food and presentation that enhances every moment of your celebration. Tastings: Before the big day, we offer private tasting sessions to help you choose the perfect dishes. It’s your chance to taste and perfect your menu with our team’s guidance. Day-of Catering Coordination: On the big day, we handle all the details. From set up & serving to cleaning up, you can relax and enjoy your celebration without a worry. Beverage Services: We can set up custom drink stations, signature cocktails, or provide professional bartending services. Hors d’Oeuvres & Small Bites: We create elegant, bite-sized appetizers perfect for cocktail hours or pre-dinner mingling, ensuring your guests are satisfied from the moment they arrive. Desserts: We provide sweet treats that are not only delicious but also styled to match your theme. Elegant miniature desserts, elaborate dessert stations, gourmet cupcakes and signature dessert shooters. Done Wright was excellent we used their services for my daughter’s wedding in Florida and everyone was very professional and the meals were excellent. They prepared a breakfast at both properties. And also served our dinner after the wedding. Danny his wife and staff are 1st class. The Bride and Groom was very happy and all the guests with the service. We plan on using them again for a women’s retreat the ladies are planning. Thank you Done Wright Culinary. The Green and Dickens Family

BEST DECISION I ever made for a CHEF !!!
Danny was hired to do the entire menu for our wedding .. appetizers & dessert included. We wanted an elegant and sophisticated feel in our evening , and Danny did just that .. understanding our vision , creating such beautiful and delicious dishes that absolutely WoW’d all of my guests !!! He even received a standing ovation from my wedding party before leaving .. yeSss he was that good !!! Lol – Not only was his food phenomenal, and beautifully arranged .. he was completely stellar upon arrival from a catastrophe we were facing , with our food melting in the fridge. He handled the additional stress like a pro , not skipping a beat and taking full control of the situation .. allowing me to completely step back and focus on my wedding.
He was truly the best investment I made for my entire wedding , and I would hire him a million times over !
Brilliant & passionate chef .. do not miss the opportunity of having him at your event!
