I’m a certified wedding planner and coordinator with over 15 years of experience—my passion for planning began when I organized my own wedding. The excitement of bringing together all the details and turning a vision into reality inspired me to start my own business, helping couples create the wedding of their dreams.
When you work with me, everything is tailored to you. Every wedding is unique, which is why my planning packages are fully customizable. You can mix and match services, adding or removing elements based on what matters most to you. It’s all about creating the perfect fit for your special day.

How would you define your "style"?
We specialize in weddings that have an outdoor component. We love to incorporate Florida’s natural beauty into your perfect day!
What does the process of working with your company look like?
We start with a free consultation where I learn about the wedding, couple and vision. From there, we work through contracts and payment, and then get into the details of planning the wedding: timelines, to-do lists, check-ins, and all the fun stuff!
What is included in your most popular packages?
My most popular package is the Partial Planning Package. This comes with 4 meetings, strategically scheduled, unlimited communication, timelines and monthly checklists, vendor recommendations and management, and coordination for the rehearsal, wedding and reception.
What is a unique tip you tell your couples that is specific to your vendor category?
Block off time immediately the day before your wedding for just the two of you. No planning, no family, nothing. Just you and your significant other to do something completely wedding unrelated.
What current trends have you seen at weddings?
Polaroid cameras are the rage right now. I have also seen a lot of simple elegance… greenery with bud vases, etc.
What advice would you give a couple who is starting the search for the perfect venue?
Create your non-negotiable list. This will help you weed out venues and shorten your list to visit.

Hello! I am a native Floridian, growing up on the Space Coast. I grew up with a large family, so coordinating chaos was always a part of my life. I currently live in north Brevard with my husband and 2 daughters. I started planning weddings with my wedding over 15 years ago. I fell in love with planning weddings as I saw all of the details come together to create my own perfect wedding. Since then, I have planned countless weddings for brides across Florida.

I was so lucky to have Rachel as my wedding coordinator. She helped me with everything along the way and on the wedding day she made everything happen! She went with us for our venue walk through, the rehearsal and wedding day it made everything so much easier with Rachel coordinating!
