Hi, I’m Madelaine, the owner and lead planner of Exquisite Elegant Events LLC. I started my company because I truly love weddings and the emotion, energy, and meaning behind them. There is nothing better than seeing a couple’s vision come together and watching them enjoy the day they’ve spent months planning.
I specialize in wedding coordination and planning services throughout Central Florida, helping couples bring their ideas to life while keeping the entire day organized and stress-free. My approach is very hands-on, detail-oriented, and focused on making sure every part of your wedding day flows smoothly. From vendor arrivals and timelines to the small details that make your celebration unique.
One of my favorite moments at every wedding is when the groom sees the bride for the first time. That reaction is pure magic, and it reminds me why I love being part of such an important day.

A Little About Our Pricing
My day-of coordination services start at $950, with three package options available depending on the level of support needed. I also offer three packages for partial and full-service wedding planning, with pricing starting at $1,500. Each package is designed to accommodate a variety of wedding styles, sizes, and planning needs.
Areas in Florida We Serve
My primary service area is Central Florida, but I am happy to travel for weddings and events. I serve locations throughout Florida, including Tampa, Fort Myers, Cocoa Beach, and Jacksonville, and I also travel as far south as Miami. Outside of Florida, I am available for select events as far north as North Carolina.

Have a budget in mind I have vendors that I can recommend based off of budget, knowing that will help me getting couple’s in touch with the right vendors.
How would you describe your style or approach?
My approach is calm, organized, and highly detail-driven. I focus on bringing all of the planning pieces together so couples can relax and truly enjoy their wedding day. From managing the timeline to coordinating vendors and overseeing personal décor, I make sure everything runs smoothly and exactly as envisioned.
How far in advance do you recommend couples book their services?
Six months to a year
What is included in your most popular packages?
Signature Day-of Coordination The perfect option for couples who have planned their wedding and want an experienced professional to execute every detail seamlessly. This package includes consultations, month-of coordination, vendor confirmation, timeline creation and management, rehearsal coordination, personal décor setup and teardown, and up to 12 hours of wedding day coordination.
Do you offer customizable packages or à la carte options?
I do offer customization options, and additional services can be added to best fit your wedding needs. I would be happy to walk through those options with you during our discovery call.
