My husband and I could not have asked for a better Officiant! We could feel Darrin’s passion from the first phone call and we knew right away that he was perfect for our wedding. His questionnaire allowed for him to add so many personal details to our ceremony and really tell our love story from our eyes. Darrin officiated our 20 year vow renewal at the Swan/Dolphin beach. He was very professional and took time to get to know us and our story. He incorporated elements from our original vows along with stories from our history together to make a touching and beautiful ceremony. When it started to rain, Darrin offered to stay later if we wanted to see if the rain passed. When we decided to go forward in the rain, Darrin was happy to do that as well. I would recommended Darrin without hesitation to anyone getting married or having a vow renewal!

Darrin was a joy to work with, he made the entire process so easy for us. He would work around our schedule for catch ups (we are out of country with a newborn) and truly listened to our vision for the wedding.

Darrin was absolutely INCREDIBLE. My new husband and I had hoped for a personal, intimate ceremony. To say the very least, Darrin knocked it out of the park. He listened to EVERY single thing we threw at him. His questionnaire to our families and ourselves created the most amazing story that became poetic on our special day. We incorporated a champagne toast into our ceremony and Darrin gracefully executed the meaning behind it. He took our story and folded in our parents wishes for us, our family members readings and prayers, finished with our expectations for a future of love and commitment to one another. We had many people stop us and ask \”what side of the family is Darrin on?\” and we regretfully had to tell them that we just had met him in person that very day. How wonderful is it that he dedicated his time to get to know us like family? Darrin is such a pleasant human being. His personality was loved by everyone to the point our guests thought we had known him for years. We don\’t like being the center of attention, so Darrin helped us get through our ceremony quickly but made sure we enjoyed the experience.

Getting in touch with Darrin was easy – he was very responsive, and very easy to talk to. He sent us a questionnaire for each of us to complete, which he then used to \’script\’ the ceremony. It was exciting to look forward to hearing my husband\’s responses woven into the ceremony; but it also was a great exercise and opportunity to reminisce on my relationship with my husband while I was working on my responses.
