A Little About Our Pricing
Our prices start at $2500 for an 22×28 and increase in size and price. Luxury packages on our website vary with different sized paintings and studio time included. We have 3 main packages the ‘Big Ben’ ,the ‘Windsor’ and the ‘Buckingham’.
Watercolor Guest Portraits start at $1800 and increase in price due to the number of artists needed to service your wedding.
Areas in Florida We Serve
We are based in the Orlando area, but service the Tampa, Jacksonville and St. Augustine area.

How would you define your "style"?
My style leans slightly impressionistic, with a strong focus on composition and color. I love using vibrant, expressive palettes to create beautiful, emotionally rich paintings—while still capturing a strong likeness of each couple. We at Katie Collins Paintings also have 2 other live painters both with different styles which allows us to offer a wider range of paintings appealing to other preferences.
What does the process of working with your company look like?
Our goal is to make your experience seamless and stress-free from start to finish. We’re here to answer your questions promptly and guide you through every step of the process. A 25% deposit secures your date, and we’re happy to offer flexible payment plans if needed. On your wedding day, the artist that you booked from our team arrives about two hours early to set up and begin capturing the scene. We continue painting live throughout your celebration, spending approximately 5 to 6 hours on-site as we bring your moment to life. The final touches are completed in our studio, and once your painting is ready, it can be either picked up or safely shipped to your door.
What is included in your most popular packages?
My most popular package is the 24×36 painting. This includes 6 hours of live painting at the wedding and 15 to 20 hours of studio time after the wedding to make everything perfect.

What current trends have you seen at weddings?
There are lots of new and fun wedding trends out there at the moment. Brides getting their hair cut at the wedding…. a little risky if you ask me. Hairstyles that change throughout the evening from a fancy updo to soft, flowing waves. Guest Portraits are a huge wedding trend, gone are the days of generic candy or useless items, todays Brides and Grooms want original and meaningful artwork to surprise and delight their guests.
What advice would you give a couple who is starting the search for the perfect venue?
Make sure you contact Wedding Venue Map for all of the best locations to get married, they really know their locations! Make sure to view several before booking to make sure you find the one that fits your style and budget.

I have nothing but wonderful words to say about Katie from the moment we first talked on the phone to meeting her in person , she is an absolute delight to work with . I had a destination wedding in Puerto Rico and she was a highlight for me . I finally got the paining framed hanging in our home and just reminds us of our special day and something I will cherish for the rest of my life .
