About Laynie Botanicals

Laynie Botanicals is a custom boutique floral design company located in Orlando, Florida (& travels)! Hailey, the owner has been doing floral design for over 10 years and loves the artistry involved in the elements of designing which shines through in her work.

At Laynie Botanicals, Hailey really focuses on highlighting the true beauty of the product which nature has provided. She loves to play with different combinations to come up with something truly unique that leaves an impact and creates a memorable feeling!

Services Offered

We provide floral and decor which includes all of your floral needs as well as containers and decor items needed anyone’s big day. This includes votives, vases, candelabras, rentals, etc.

We do not have a minimum at Laynie Botanicals but we would say on average, our brides spend anywhere from $3-$5k with us.

The main areas that I service are Winter Park and all around Orlando. We also travel to Lakeland, Tampa, St Augustine, and Jacksonville, FL

How would you define your "style"?

I would define my style as boutique, wild, garden esc, and free

What does the process of working with your company look like?

I always set up phone or in person consultations before sending out a proposal and before doing so I ask the couple to send over some inspiration photos to have as talking points. From there, we will have our design meeting and talk about your style, likes, dislikes, etc. Then I write up a proposal and try to stay within the budget of the client if they have one and from there we tweak. I would say on average, each couple tweaks there proposal 2 – 3 times before the event happens

What is included in your most popular packages?

We do not do packages as we are custom

What is a unique tip you tell your couples that is specific to your vendor category?

My tip is to have fun with your design and do not be afraid to be bold!

What current trends have you seen at weddings?

I have seen a lot of babies breath this wedding season, but I think we are about to move into the more garden esc era and I am so excited for that!

What advice would you give a couple who is starting the search for the perfect venue?

There are so many factors that go into choosing a venue which is why it is important to prioritize what is most important to you when looking for a venue. I would say choose which venue fits your overall vibe as a couple

What makes you or your business stand out and why should a couple hire you?

I think what makes Laynie Botanicals stand out is the integrity behind each design that is created. From start to finish, Hailey is in contact with the couple to really get an idea of who they are as people and what their style is. It really is a custom boutique because each design is representative of the couple as people. In turn, this is why you should hire Laynie Botanicals. It is because of the personalized and connecting experience as well as the custom artistry of the designs. We truly value and care about our couples and want to make it the best day ever that they will remember forever.

What's a fun or unusual fact about you or your company?

A fun fact is that this business started as a hobby that turned into a side hustle that turned into something even bigger than that. Owning a business always seemed like a dream that was unattainable but I found that easing into it and starting small was just the way to do it and it has been so fun to watch this business grow into what it is today.

How did you get started as a wedding pro?

I started out as an intern in college. My major required us to have three internships throughout our undergrad and working at a floral design company was the first internship I did. Once I did that, the rest was history. That was 10 years ago and throughout that time I continued working in many avenues of the event industry from corporate event planning, wedding floral sales and wedding floral designing.

Laynie Botanicals provided the flowers for our 4/13/24 wedding and we could not have been happier. The flowers were beautiful and looked great with our venue and theme. She helped us out with an arch long after the contract was signed when we realized the venue did not have one. She was easy to work with and quite affordable compared to other florists I spoke with. Would recommend.
