LT stands for Luxury Touch – we aren’t talking about extravagant décor, or an over the top curated meal (although we love both). To us, the single most important factor of your wedding day is the way you FEEL – the love and joy that lingers long after you have the most epic wedding day.
Our focus at LT Events is to make sure every step of the way you feel and know you are not only cared for, but you experience, without a shadow of a doubt your wedding day vision is valued, it’s heard, and it’s brought to life. Can’t wait to connect with you!
Full Planning: curated for our couples that simply cannot add another part time job that is wedding planning to their already full lives. Customized Planning: created for our couples that have secured possibly their venue and one or two vendors but need help completing the planning process. Event Management: (sometimes referred to as Day of or Month-of Coordination) this service is ideal for our couples who have secured most of their vendors and wish to hire a professional to come on board, handle the logistics of their wedding day and tie up loose ends in the final months leading up to your wedding day. Micro Weddings: ideal couples that would like to have some formalities from a typical wedding day but would like to create a day of their own.
Post lockdown, many of our ceremony only brides have come on board to celebrate their “Encore Celebration” a year after they have tied the knot and we are here for it! Intimate Weddings: perfect for couples that want to have their celebration with an immediate group of loved ones. We curate anything from one-day to an entire weekend celebration full of activities that allow you to celebrate your love with the intimate group that matters the most to you both.
Destination Weddings: curated for our wanderlust couples that dream of getting married outside of their hometown, whether that be here in Orlando, Florida or on their preferred island in the Caribbean. We dream up the ultimate celebration and take care of planning all the details from welcome parties, rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, wedding day celebration, and post-wedding celebrations.

A Little About Our Pricing
We start our journey with you by first having a complimentary consultation where we can get to know each other and see if our services are the right fit for you. We have never met two weddings that are the same and customize our services to meet your needs.
We understand pricing is important. For reference, pricing for ceremony only coordination starts at $500, Event Management Services start at $1,750, and our Full Service Planning and Additional Services start at $4,000. What does the process of working with your company look like?
Whether you need Full Planning assistance, Event Management assistance or anything in between for your wedding, we guide you every step of the way and let you know exactly what the next steps look like. Step 1: We schedule a complimentary consultation to get to know each other and talk about your wedding planning process Step 2: We make it official by creating a custom wedding planning service that fits your needs, and get to work right away starting with an onboarding call to draft up your wedding day timeline, initial wedding day blueprint, and vision board. Step 3: Maintain open lines of communication throughout your wedding planning journey including keeping real time progress of your wedding planning on our interactive online planning portal. Step 4: Experience your dream day with your loved ones!
What is included in your most popular packages?
Our most popular package, Partial Planning, includes access to your online planning portal, assistance in procuring the final vendors for your wedding, provides vendor service options that fit your financial comfort zone, creation of your wedding day timeline, wedding day blueprints (layout of all wedding day details), and wedding day playbook so that you can refer to the documents and be content knowing your wedding day vision is coming to life just as you requested. We take care of your wedding day rehearsal, provide copies of the wedding party’s timeline, and work behind the scenes on your wedding day so that every single detail is brought to life.

We have seen a lot of emphasis on creating experiences for all in attendance. Those experiences are focused on what the couple loves most – be that a great culinary experience, different forms of live entertainment, or pre and post wedding activities to make the wedding day more of a weekend long activity to share with loved ones.
