Our packages include banquet staff to stay with you during the duration of your special day, dinner plates, cake plates, vendor meals, pre-set waters, silverware, and cake cutting services. Our kitchen locations differ depending on your Venue selection! We want to offer you the best quality we can, so if your Venue is not in Orlando, dont worry! We have a Bartow kitchen as well!

TIER I Menu:
$35 per person (3) Passed Hors d’oeuvres / Southern BBQ or Brunch Menu
TIER II Menu:
$45 per person (3) Hors d’oeuvres / Buffet Display
TIER III Menu:
$49 per person (3) Passed Hors d’oeuvres / Plated or Family Style
TIER IV Menu:
$55 per person (3) Passed Hors d’oeuvres / (2) Food Stations / (1) Carving Station
Late Night Snack:
$8 each Food Choice

What does the process of working with your company look like?
Our first step is to gather as much event information as possible. With the provided information, our clients will receive our catering brochure that lists our packaged prices and services. After our clients choose their selected package, we send a proposal of our services that will cater their event and discuss in detail over a complimentary tasting at our café. This allows our clients to meet our company, café, and experience our menu!

Buffet Style is our most popular package which includes 3 passed hor d’oeuvres, choice of 1 salad, choice of 2 side items, and choice of 2 proteins. This package also includes banquet staff, dinner plates, cake plates, vendor meals, pre-set waters, silverware, and cake cutting services.
