Our Starters for cocktail hour range from $1.50 up to $4/ person.
Buffets start at $16.89/person and goes from there. (staffing not included)

Central Florida encompasses from the East Coast, Daytona to Melbourne, through Orlando to the West Coast, Citra to Crystal River. We do have other locations all over the state of Florida.

Out Traditional Buffet includes choice of 2 meats and 2 sides or 3 meats and 3 sides, both along with bread, sauces and disposable plates and utensils.
What is a unique tip you tell your couples that is specific to your vendor category?
Your wedding is a joining of families, this is a great time to give them some of your favorite foods. Don’t be turned off from all barbeque, it is not as “messy” as most would think (at least ours isn’t, it isn’t sauced. You add what you want to make it your own) Barbeque is a comfort food that everyone can find something that they enjoy.

We had Mission BBQ cater our wedding rehearsal dinner on 11/15/24, and the experience was amazing! The food was delicious, and the guests raved about both the food and the friendly, attentive service. We greatly appreciated the complimentary tasting that allowed us to sample the menu and select the best options for our event. We also greatly appreciated the care that they took to accommodate our guests with allergies (tree nuts, celiac) and other dietary restrictions. We already loved Mission BBQ for both their food and the “mission,” but having them for our rehearsal dinner was truly a special experience. We highly recommend their catering!!
