Hi, I’m Aida — the artisan and heart behind Moon Essences LLC. Alongside my two daughters, ages 14 and 15, we handcraft organic home essences inspired by nature, creativity, and the beauty of the moon. What began as a passion has become our family’s journey — one rooted in love, purpose, and a shared dream.
About Us:
As a devoted mom, creative spirit, and lifelong maker — from baking at 11 to crafting my own party favors — I’ve always found joy in creating. My daughters now walk this path with me, adding their own light and inspiration to each product. The moon has always been a personal source of reflection for me — a reminder of God’s design, its phases guiding our process and inspiring our name.

We bring a beautifully styled setup where your guests can create their own custom-scented candles as a personalized favor. We handle everything from setup to cleanup, providing a fun, interactive activity that adds a memorable touch to your celebration. In addition, we offer handcrafted soy candles, wax melts, room and linen sprays, and reed diffusers—perfect as gifts or decor for your special day.

Service Area

Moon Essences is based in Central Florida and we proudly serve Orlando, Lake Nona, Davenport, Auburndale, and surrounding areas. We frequently travel to Lakeland, Winter Haven, and the Tampa Bay area, and we’re also open to events along the East Coast of Florida, including Melbourne and Cocoa Beach. Our main service area is Central Florida, but we’re happy to travel for weddings and private events—just reach out to see how far our Candle Bar Experience can go!

Pricing

Candle Bar Experience Pricing Our Candle Bar Experience starts at $300 for intimate gatherings and ranges between $500–$1,200 for larger weddings and private events. Pricing depends on the number of guests, location, and customization options. Most couples spend around $750 for a beautifully styled setup with up to 30 guests creating their own personalized candles.

Moon Essences is a true family business—founded by a mom and run alongside her two teenage daughters! Every candle is handcrafted with love, and when you book our Candle Bar, there's a good chance you'll meet the whole crew working together to make your event extra special.

How did you get started as a wedding pro?

Moon Essences began at local markets and pop-ups, where we connected with customers through scent and creativity. After so many people asked if we could bring our candle-making to private events, we launched our Candle Bar Experience—and now we’re excited to bring it to weddings! This is our first step into the wedding world, and we’re ready to make your big day unforgettable with a fun, hands-on activity your guests will love.

Focus on what truly matters to you as a couple. It’s easy to get overwhelmed by trends and opinions, but your day should reflect your story. Take breaks, ask for help, and don’t be afraid to delegate. Small, meaningful touches—like interactive experiences or personal keepsakes—often create the most lasting memories.

One of our favorite wedding traditions is giving guests a meaningful favor. It’s a small gesture, but it leaves a lasting impression. That’s why we love offering our Candle Bar Experience—guests get to create their own custom-scented candle to take home, making the favor both personal and unforgettable. It turns a tradition into an experience!

What are some of the best compliments you've received from your clients?

Our clients often tell us that our candles have a “luxury feel with a homemade heart.” They love how clean and long-lasting the scents are, and many say our products help them relax after a long day. At events, guests are always excited by how fun and easy it is to make their own candle—and they’re amazed at how good it smells even before lighting it!
