Queen Chef Catering is where culinary artistry meets “home cooked with love” and delivered with impeccable service and restaurant quality. We are a catering company that specializes in creating a unique southern gourmet experience for every wedding with special attention to you and your details. We offer seasonal menus to add to the overall experience and ambiance as well as custom menus and packages for specific cuisine requests. We take care of the entire food preparation, presentation and service, allowing the event organizers and hosts to focus on other aspects of the production that we call weddings.
We provide food and beverage services, a variety of warming/cooling, staging and display equipment which adds to the unique experience for each client. By hiring us, you will get a straightforward, simple and worry free process and ensure that your guests are well fed with a memorable and hassle-free experience. We accommodate a wide variety of themes and meticulously curate each proposal to reflect the couple and essence of the occasion. Our recipes are unique and always prepared with the finest, freshest ingredients.

Queen Chef (also known as Joy) is a self taught southern gourmet chef & writer. She enjoys taking traditional southern comfort foods and giving them an upscale twist! (Her first and very unique cookbook coming Fall 2023).
She is the owner of both Queen Chef Catering, a white glove service catering company that provides a southern gourmet catering EXPERIENCE, and Queen Chef Flavors, a gourmet line of seasoning blends, infused honey/sauces and flavored oils.
She spent the bulk of her working years in the food and beverage industry always leading companies (and people) to the next level. She was running companies with the same drive that she now has for her own. She is the self-proclaimed recipe and flavor master, with a particular passion for inspiring others and gathering to provide them with amazing food that can’t be found anywhere else. She loves cooking and the Queen Chef brand is a product of that.
She lives in Central Florida-West with her son. Outside of her work, Queen Chef loves quality time with her loved ones, learning and growing spiritually, hiking/bike riding, traveling and amazing views.

Wedding/Deluxe Catering Packages (staring prices) 1- 1 appetizer, 1 entrée, 2 sides, plus salad choice and bread choice- $75 per person 2- 2 appetizers, 2 entrées, 2 sides, plus salad choice and bread choice- $90 per person 2- 3 appetizers, 2 entrées, 3 sides, plus salad choice and bread choice- $105 per person Add-ons vary by guest count (For example drink packages, separate food stations, graze tables etc.)
