River City Catering is an off-premise catering company that has served all of Central Florida, from Kissimmee to Palm Coast for over 25 years. River City Catering has exceptional quality and outstanding service.

Our professional staff will walk you through the process of planning your event. From ideas to completion, River City Catering is here to provide the gourmet difference. Engagement Parties, Rehearsal Dinners, Weddings, Showers, Birthdays, Anniversary, Company Parties, Civic Functions, Barbecues and Celebration of Life are just a few types of functions we cater to.

You are limited only by your imagination and with our varied selection of menus, we have a taste for everyone. River City Catering can also tailor a menu for you and assist with any dietary requirements you might have in mind.

We offer many delicious foods created by its professional, respectable staff. These experts have various serving styles, such as buffet, plated, stations, hors d’oeuvres, and family-style. The chefs here offer options for those with dietary or allergy restrictions. Vegan, vegetarian lactose intolerant, and nut-free are just a few of the dishes for consideration. Some of their delicious dishes include roasted pork loin, chicken cacciatore, chicken parmigiana, and beef bourguignon.

Bar Services

We do have a liquor license & insurance that we can use anywhere in the State of FL. If you are looking for bar services in conjunction to an event or even if you are looking for bar services by itself, we are more than happy to help! Day of Coordination Services

At River City Catering we also offer Day-Of Coordination services for your big day! Our experienced staff who have been in the wedding field for over 10 years will be there throughout the process, starting with the preparation of your timeline all the way to getting you down the aisle! A Little About Our Pricing

Our full-service Wedding packages start in the $40-50+ per person range inclusive and have many other package options that are at a higher price point and some that are at a lower price point. The food selections vary the price within a package.

How would you define your "style"?

International Cuisine catering for all occasions and menus to match the client’s vision.

What does the process of working with your company look like?

It is a very simple process once we have all of the information needed to create a proposal. Most of the information needed is on our contact page on the website.

What is included in your most popular packages?

Food & Beverage, Coffee Service, China, Glassware, Staff, Linens, Delivery with Set up, maintenance of the stations and guests. All fees are broken down in our proposals and it makes it easy to adjust as around as needed.

What is a unique tip you tell your couples that is specific to your vendor category?

Check with your Caterer before hiring outside vendors, most catering companies offer services that are often outsourced- Caterers can often refer services that are not provided. Having staff that are familiar with each other makes for a smoother event.

What current trends have you seen at weddings?

What advice would you give a couple who is starting the search for the perfect venue?

Find out if River City is on the list and if not, ask if outside vendors are allowed.

A Little About Us

What makes you or your business stand out and why should a couple hire you?

River City Catering is a company that is owned and operated by Chefs. We have a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen and can accommodate almost every type of cuisine. We also have a full liquor license to cater bars as well as a food truck/trailer that has the ability to customize to the client’s vision. River City recently partnered with Creations Catering and Events and we now have combined business ownership and catering experience of over 50 years.

What's a fun or unusual fact about you or your company?

Most of the staff are avid gardeners and we grow some of our own products from herbs to micro greens. We have a compost bin set up outside for any organic food waste which we use in the garden on the property.

How did you get started as a wedding pro?

I started getting referrals for Weddings from friends and it progressed very quickly!

Share a piece of advice to reduce stress in the wedding planning process.

Get all costs organized and create a budget investment for every aspect of the event.

What's your favorite wedding tradition and why?

The bride walking down the aisle, because you always feel the love in the room.

Tell us more about the couples you usually get the pleasure of working with.

We meet with a wide variety of couples, it is always a pleasure to get to know them and cater other events as they grow as a family.

What are some of the best compliments you've received from your clients?

We frequently get feedback stating that the process was simple, organized, amazing and communication was the key to executing the flawless event. The only other compliment that surpasses that is that the food was even better!
