With a B.S. in Event Management from the University of Central Florida and 10+ years in the event industry, owner and planner Autumn has the passion, knowledge, and experience of planning and organizing a wide variety of events. As the name suggests, Serenity Events is all about curating magical occasions in a peaceful and stress-free way. You can choose to be as hands-on or off as you’d like because you can be confident that Autumn will be working hard to bring your vision to life.
Whether you are looking for full planning, partial planning, or day-of coordination for your wedding or event, all her packages are customizable and can vary in price. Autumn will work with you to secure the vendors you need to execute the event of your dreams.

Packages are fully customizable based on your needs for your vision! However, our three standard packages and starting prices are listed below. Prices will vary based on total guest count, location, and any additional services added.
Day of Coordination Package – Starting at $1300
Partial Planning Package – Starting at $2650
Full Planning Package – Starting at $3950

We travel anywhere and everywhere! We are based in Orlando; however, we have clients who are getting married in Tampa, Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Melbourne, Daytona Beach, etc. We will travel to different states and even internationally for destination weddings!

What does the process of working with your company look like?
After booking, depending on the package selected, I get right to work. I schedule a planning meeting to get all of the details of what you envision your wedding to be like. We will work together to secure vendors and make decisions based on your style and budget. I’m always there for you to answer questions, keep you on track, or vent if needed. I have a checklist that we will go through for my full and partial planning clients, and we will have scheduled check-in meetings throughout the process. I become your built-in bestie, and I’m always a phone call, text, or email away!
What current trends have you seen at weddings?
I have seen more and more couples incorporate “nontraditional” or “unique” aspects into their wedding, and I love it! Your wedding day is supposed to represent you and your relationship with your partner. If you love desserts, have a donut wall or ice cream bar. Instead of table numbers, use cities you’ve traveled to together. There are so many cool ideas nowadays, and I’d love to help make your wedding uniquely you!
What advice would you give a couple who is starting the search for the perfect venue?
Start with a vision and a budget. Are there any wedding pictures you absolutely loved? Do they all have water in the background? Are they surrounded by trees? Do you prefer an indoor or outdoor wedding, or maybe a mix of both? Once you get some of these key details together, have an idea of what you are trying to spend. There are so many venue options, but I recommend researching a bunch and touring your top three. From there, decide if you need to tour more or if you found the one you love!
When do you start helping us for day-of coordination?
My day of coordination package starts about one month prior to your big day. We will have a planning meeting where we go over all of the details I need to coordinate your day effectively. From there, I’ll create the day of timeline and start my communication with vendors about two weeks before the wedding. From that point, I’m the main point of contact for all of your vendors, handling all of the logistics, and confirming everyone is on the same page. Rehearsal coordination is also included in this package. On the wedding day, I want you and your guests to be stress-free while I handle everything and execute the timeline.

I can’t express enough how amazing and helpful Autumn was!! She really helped me put everything together. She helped me think of things I hadn’t even thought of and helped keep me on track all throughout the entire process!! I literally could not have planned this wedding without her and she is worth EVERY penny!! When it came to the day of the wedding she was on top of EVERYTHING!! Autumn and her assistant Cassidy helped us through every step of the way. If I needed or wanted for anything Autumn or Cassidy were always there for either me or my now husband!! She’s the sweetest person and I can’t thank her enough for how much she helped us through such a stressful time.
