With a B.S. in Event Management from the University of Central Florida and 10+ years in the event industry, owner and planner Autumn has the passion, knowledge, and experience of planning and organizing a wide variety of events. As the name suggests, Serenity Events is all about curating magical occasions in a peaceful and stress-free way. You can choose to be as hands-on or off as you’d like because you can be confident that Autumn will be working hard to bring your vision to life.

Whether you are looking for full planning, partial planning, or day-of coordination for your wedding or event, all her packages are customizable and can vary in price. Autumn will work with you to secure the vendors you need to execute the event of your dreams.

We offer Full Planning, Partial Planning, and Day-of Coordination, all of which provide a wide range of services to fit your needs. From finding and booking vendors to unlimited venue visits and meetings, budget management, reviewing contracts, obtaining discounts, coordinating your rehearsal, and being your best friend through this journey, you can be sure that Serenity Events covers it all!

Service Area

I travel anywhere and everywhere! I am based in Orlando; however, I have clients who are getting married in Tampa, Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Melbourne, Daytona Beach, etc. I will travel to different states and even internationally for destination weddings!

Pricing

Packages are fully customizable based on your needs for your vision! However, our three standard packages and starting prices are listed below. Prices will vary based on total guest count, location, and any additional services added. Day of Coordination Package - Starting at $1050 Partial Planning Package - Starting at $2350 Full Planning Package - Starting at $3650 We also offer an Elopement Package, Proposal Package, Honeymoon Planning Services, and Special Event Packages.

About

What's a fun or unusual fact about you or your company?

I'm conversationally fluent in German, and I've traveled to Germany several times growing up to visit family!

How did you get started as a wedding pro?

I started working in catering about 10 years ago. Whenever we would cater a wedding, I was always fascinated with the wedding planner's role. From there, I worked as an intern with a wedding planning company in Charleston, SC. I worked my way up to an assistant and then lead planner to gain more experience. I moved to Orlando to attend UCF and get my degree in Event Management while continuing to work in the industry. After I graduated, I started Serenity Events to provide clients with a stress-free and seamless planning experience.

Share a piece of advice to reduce stress in the wedding planning process.

I think the most important piece of advice when wedding planning is to remember to never lose focus on the fact that you get to marry your best friend and life partner. Your wedding day is special, but it's good to remember that this is a celebration meant to be focused on love, happiness, and fun. Don't let the small details overwhelm you. Plus, if you book with Serenity Events, I'll make sure you get to enjoy those beautiful moments throughout the planning process and on your wedding day!

What are some of the best compliments you've received from your clients?

I've been consistently told that I'm a "life-saver" and that everything went perfectly because of me and my company. Clients have also told me how easy and effortless I have made the planning process. By the end of the night, I'm basically welcomed into the family! Every wedding is personal to me, and I want it to be absolutely incredible for the couple, the guests, and the vendors.
