My name is Jacqueline Leierer and I am the founder and executive planner of Sincerely Yours Weddings & Events. I received my degree in Event and Hospitality Management through the University of Central Florida and I have received my wedding planning certification through The Bridal Society.
With over 20 years in the bridal and hospitality industry, I have been involved in bridal consultations, event planning, catering and food services, menu planning, and hotel sales. I have personally overseen over 500 weddings and events as a Catering Sales Manager and Bridal Coordinator at local hotels within the Central Florida area. My organizational skills and passion for weddings make me the ideal planner for your next event.
When I am not planning your event you can find me being crafty with my little girls, lounging around with my two adorable lap dogs, playing at Walt Disney World, or enjoying time with my Italian family. I love sparkling wine and chocolate peanut-butter anything! I like to pretend to love the gym, I think of myself as an amateur foodie, and I will always support my Buffalo Bills no matter how good or bad their season is. Go Bills!

An experienced and professional wedding planner is invaluable the day of the wedding. Not only are we there to ensure that you can fully enjoy your wedding planning experience, we are there the day of to ensure all those plans are executed flawlessly. Having a wedding planner guarantees you a chance to truly enjoy yourself the day of with your friends and family.
ALL PACKAGES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
Creating a detailed timeline, contacting the vendors with a formal introduction, reviewing all vendor contracts to ensure that they provide everything they promise you through the agreement, a wedding checklist, and etiquette advice. The wedding planner would be in charge of running the wedding rehearsal, and on the day of the wedding their they would be present at the venue to ensure every detail is set up the way the client has envisioned it.

Our wedding planning services are designed to fit a range of needs, with packages starting at $1,400 and going up to $4,500. Most of our couples find that their perfect fit comes around $2,400, ensuring they get the special day they’ve dreamed of without the stress. Let’s create something beautiful together!

My goal is to make sure everything is done on time, without you ever feeling rushed or stressed. While I handle the logistics, I also make sure the journey is fun and engaging, so you can focus on enjoying the excitement leading up to your big day. When unexpected challenges arise, you can count on me to stay cool and collected, quickly finding solutions that keep your vision on track. With my blend of professionalism and warmth, you can trust that your wedding day will be as joyful and seamless as you’ve always imagined.

Our most popular package is our Crystal and Pearl Packages. These packages are designed for a couple that want more help with the planning process than just day/month of.
What is a unique tip you tell your couples that is specific to your vendor category?
When we start the planning process, I always ask my couple what are the three most important items to them (ex: food, bar, music). This will help guide us in the planning and budgeting. Leading up to the day, I remind my couple that their wedding day is a beautiful blur. I want them to try to enjoy each moment and not worry about the plans. My team has it covered so they can enjoy this special day that will go way too fast
What current trends have you seen at weddings?
Intimate Weddings – Smaller, more intimate weddings with about 25 guests are becoming increasingly popular. Couples are focusing on creating a personal and meaningful experience for their closest family and friends. This allows them to spend more time with each guest, creating a warm and memorable atmosphere. It’s all about quality over quantity, with each element tailored to the couple’s story and style. Beach Weddings – Beach weddings are making a beautiful comeback, offering a relaxed and natural setting for the big day. Couples are drawn to the stunning seaside views, breezy ambiance, and the calming sound of waves as a backdrop. These weddings often feature simple, elegant decor that complements the natural beauty of the oceanfront, creating a romantic and serene vibe. Fun Desserts in lieu of a Formal Cake Cutting – Traditional cake cuttings are being replaced by more playful dessert options. Couples are opting for dessert tables, donut walls, gourmet ice cream stations, and interactive sweet treats like s’mores bars. No one wants to smash cake in their faces anymore.
What advice would you give a couple who is starting the search for the perfect venue?
Find a venue that reflects your unique vibe as a couple without using up your entire budget—remember, you also need to cover food, bar, entertainment, centerpieces, rentals (if not included in the venue), planning, photography, videography, and stationary.
