Hi! Jeannie Medina and Karen Nunez-Rodriguez founded Truly Yours Coordinator together to help to-be-weds make wedding
planning fun. As certified wedding planners, they work together seamlessly and aim to oversee every single detail in order to reduce any stress. They are Latina-owned (Dominican) and pride themselves in what they do.
One day they saw an opportunity in the Central Florida area, and decided to go for it and haven’t looked back! You can collaborate with this dynamic duo who will make it their mission to make sure you have fun and get the wedding you always envisioned.

A Little About Our Pricing
Micro Wedding/Elopement
This package is for the bride who may or may not have booked a venue but has a vision for their small intimate wedding. They would like some assistance throughout the entire wedding planning, by hiring someone they can trust and relate to aka us! They’re looking for someone to consult them throughout the whole wedding journey, helping them choose reputable vendors, and a little guidance on how to design her event as well as coordinate to keep things organized and running smoothly on the big day. Less than 35 guests.
Starting at $1,500
(Day/Month Of Coordination)
This package is for the bride who has completed all of the planning & vendor
selections with license and insured vendors. All this bride needs is professional wedding coordinators to step in and put her vision together to ensure her day runs smoothly. We use the contracts, proposals, and
information you’ve gotten thus far from all your vendors to triple check nothing was missed and that your event goes as planned. Typically assistance starts two – three months or more in advance.
Starting at $1,900
Truly Yours (Partial Planning )
This package is for the bride who may or may not have booked a venue but has a vision for their big day. They’re super excited to plan their wedding, but have very little idea where to start! They would like some assistance throughout the entire wedding planning, by hiring someone they can trust and relate to aka us! They’re looking for someone to consult them throughout the whole wedding journey, helping them choose reputable vendors, and a little guidance on how to design her event as well as coordinate to keep things
organized and running smoothly on the big day.
Starting at $2,950
Truly Yours (Full Service Planning )
This package is for the bride who does not have venue booked but has a vision for their big day. They’re super excited to plan their wedding, but have no idea where to start! They would like all the assistance throughout the entire planning, by hiring someone they can trust and relate to aka us! They’re looking for someone to be with them throughout the whole wedding planning journey, selecting reputable vendors, and a full guidance on how to design her event as well as coordinate to keep things organized and running smoothly on the big day.

Man oh man, where do I even start! My husband and I went back and forth on whether or not we were going to get a wedding coordinator. I had to convince him that it was just as a necessity as any of the other vendors. After we had booked our venue which was at the Black Barn, they provided us a list of preferred vendors. I saw Truly Yours listed as one of the coordinators and decided to look them up. I followed them on social media and checked out their website. They were reasonably priced compared to other coordinators/planners that I had seen so we went for it. We met with them just as an initial consultation and knew that this would be a good choice for us. Although I was a “I already know what I want” type of bride, I knew that I would need someone to help me put my vision all together. They provided very helpful information throughout the months before the big day like a timeline of when vendors should be booked and went over all contracts after booking vendors. Our assigned coordinator was Ana and let me tell you, I consider her a friend now! She was absolutely the most sweetest and helpful person we could’ve asked for. She checked in often to see how things were going with planning and to see if we had any questions. No matter the day and time, she was responsive. She was very tentative and if she didn’t know the answer to a question, she made it her mission to find the answer or solution for us. I can’t thank her enough, she was a God send. Our wedding day honestly was perfect. I’d like to think it’s because it was coordinated to a T. I didn’t have to worry about a thing besides just getting ready and enjoying the day.
If you are on the fence, please know that you can’t handle everything on your own….even for the most organized and type A bride. You will need help and I recommend considering Truly Yours if you don’t want to be stressed during the planning process or on your wedding day.
