Forged in the Orlando food scene, before it was even a “scene”, co-owners, Tara Vernau and Travis Smith, each have 25 years of experience in the industry.

We offer a full range of catering services, from 200+ wedding receptions to small and intimate wine dinners. Our standard is to not be the standard…we are Uncommon.

As a boutique caterer, we limit the number of parties we take, so that our clients get every bit of attention they deserve. Your event is a reflection of what we love to do. Every company will tell you that they are here to make your event seamless and great, but in reality, most will pass you along to staff, and trust that they will execute your original vision well.
