Our most popular venue-only package is our Extended Wedding Day Package, which is $8,500.
What is included in that cost?
When you reserve Casani Estates, you’re getting more than just a beautiful setting—you’re securing exclusive use of the entire property for the duration of your rental. This includes access to stunning ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception spaces, all within easy walking distance. Tables and chairs for up to 100 guests are provided and set for you at each site, with ceremony seating, cocktail tables, and reception dining arrangements thoughtfully prepared in advance. You’ll have your choice of ceremony location, from lakeside views to lush garden spaces, along with two distinct, air-conditioned get-ready suites for each wedding party. The Pavilion and Lodge reception space features a fireplace, bar area, dimmer-switched lighting, ceiling fans, and available furnishings, while market lighting adds warmth and charm as the sun sets. Three full bathrooms with air conditioning ensure guest comfort, and a parking attendant is on hand to welcome guests, with a convenient drop-off area for those who prefer not to walk long distances. Your booking also includes a 30-minute rehearsal scheduled prior to your event and access to the property for an engagement or anniversary photo session. Nature-inspired décor pieces such as wine barrels, lanterns, and easels are available to complement your vision, and an on-site venue manager is present throughout your event to oversee the property, allowing you to focus on enjoying your celebration.
Does the venue provide catering and bar service? If so, what is the average cost per person?
We are a ‘select your own vendor’ venue. This means we provide you with a list of pre-approved high-quality vendors for you to choose from. If you would prefer an all-inclusive package, we can arrange this for you as well.
Is there a minimum for booking?
A retainer fee equal to 25% of the venue rental cost must be paid in order to reserve a date.
Do you require wedding insurance?
Yes! All events held at Casani Estates require third-party event insurance.

I absolutely cannot put into words how happy we are to have had our dream wedding at our dream venue. From the moment you drive in, the venue will leave you speechless—with stunning lake views from all directions and tall pine trees lining the way. Casani Estates was the perfect backdrop for our intimate fall wedding, with an outdoor ceremony overlooking the lake and a beautiful indoor reception space. I loved working with their trusted vendors, who were able to work within our budget and helped make our day even more special. The food was delicious, the music was perfect, and the photos were absolutely stunning! Working with Carmen and Elizabeth was an absolute pleasure. I’ve never felt so well taken care of. They seemed to know what I wanted or needed even before I did. Carmen answered every call, responded to every question, and made the whole planning process feel effortless. Planning one wedding is hard enough—planning three in 17 months? A nightmare. After our second venue burned down just four months before our wedding, we had to start from scratch again. Casani Estates was the heart of it all. When Matt and I realized we had to get married in Florida, we were devastated—it was the one place we didn’t want to get married. I don’t even know where to begin because saying they did an amazing job doesn’t come close to capturing how truly incredible this venue and team are. Elizabeth was our venue assistant, and she did so much for us. Our wedding day was the absolute best day of my life, and so much of that is because of this stunning place and the people behind it. From the moment we found them, I knew we had found something special, and they exceeded every single one of our expectations. The venue itself is perfect, beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and just radiating with that magical energy you hope for on your big day. But what really made the experience unforgettable was the organization, the constant support, the care, and the communication from the team. Every question answered, every detail handled, they made everything feel effortless for us. If I ever renew my vows, I already know it will be here. I’ll be telling everyone I know about this place because they truly go above and beyond in every way. Thank you for making my wedding day more perfect than I could have ever imagined. I’m beyond grateful we found you. Also, I want to say that Carmen and Mike (the venue owners) are literally the type of family people you want to work with. Mike was there the day we toured the place, and he was working on the parking space, which made us think of how well they actually take care of the place. We met Carmen the second time we toured the place with our families, and she gave us that same feeling. Carmen and Mike were both there the day of the wedding, which made us feel more comfortable with the coordination. We hired an outside company to coordinate the wedding, which met our expectations during the meetings leading up to the wedding. However, on the day of the wedding, we received something totally different and disappointing, which was also noticed by Elizabeth and Carmen. They did not have to step it up to do anything since we hired another company, but they did. They both helped us in every way that day, which makes us think about them every time we think about the wedding. They both did an amazing job, and my husband and I are extremely thankful for all the help and for their care for us. If I could give them a thousand stars, I would because they deserve it for being such an amazing team. We love you all and thank you again for providing us not just with a breathtaking venue, but also with all the kindness and gave us on the most important day of our lives.
