4-12 hours of venue access, tables, linens, and chairs for up to 120 guests, cake table, sweetheart table, 4 farm tables to use as needed, market lighting in reception area, staging kitchen & bar for service, two distinct 'get ready' spaces, fire pit & fireplace, access to premises for an engagement or anniversary photo session, and 30-60 minutes of rehearsal time based on availability.

We are a 'select your own vendor' venue. This means we provide you with a list of pre-approved high quality vendors for you to choose from. If you would prefer an all inclusive package, we can arrange this for you as well.

A retainer fee equal to 50% of venue rental cost must be paid in order to reserve a date.

Yes! All events held at Casani required third party event insurance.

Casani is a lakefront venue surrounded by over 100 acres of forest, making it the perfect spot for a secluded private event. Couples love this venue because of its beautiful scenery, the ability to have a sunset lakefront wedding at multiple locations, and its privacy. Additionally, we have cabins on site, allowing couples and their guests to lodge here as needed.

Twin Lake - a 40+ acres private lake located directly in front of the venue, serving as backdrop to several ceremony sites and picture perfect sunsets. The Pavilion - a beautifully lit space decked with market lights and offering generous space for your guests to dine and socialize during your event. The Lodge - an air conditioned and partially enclosed building full bathrooms, a large bar area and a staging kitchen, fireplace, and ample space to dance the night away! For all three of these, being surrounded with 360 degrees of serene & beautiful Florida nature is breathtaking!

Brides usually arrive mid-morning, with plenty of time to get ready on site. Some couples have their rehearsal upon arrival while others schedule it ahead of their wedding day. Once the wedding party is ready, most couples follow a traditional schedule of ceremony, followed by simultaneous wedding pictures & cocktail hour, which then leads to a dinner reception and celebration. Given Casani has ample green spaces, some couple also set up lawn games, or picnic spaces for their guests.

We host only one event per day. However, we do host a multitude of events such as milestone birthdays, showers, family reunions, corporate events and retreats, and more.
