The Grand Ballroom showcases beautiful crystal chandeliers, space to accommodate up to 250 guests, and a gorgeous foyer boasting natural lighting and show-stopping views. Our Grand Dining Room offers exquisite views of rolling hills framed by floor-to-ceiling windows, cathedral ceilings, and a spectacular fireplace. Included in the cost of our venue fee are the following:- one hour for rehearsal time prior to the wedding day- a generous 5 hours of event time- all set up and breakdown – servers and staff for the duration of the event- silver chiavari chairs with white or black pads- ivory, white, or black floor-length linens- cloth napkins in a variety of colors- a preset champagne toast- post-ceremony hors d’oeurves and beverage service to the wedding party- complimentary menu tasting bride and groom- private bride’s and groom’s quarters for getting ready

Heathrow Country Club and The Legacy Club proudly offer inclusive in-house catering and bar services starting at $69.95++ per person for brunch weddings and $95.95++ per person for evening weddings.
Is there a minimum for booking?
We do require our couples to meet a catering minimum to book.
Do you require wedding insurance?
While we do recommend wedding insurance to our clients, it is not required.

What does a typical wedding day look like?
A typical wedding day at Heathrow Country Club is an absolute dream! The bride and her bridesmaids arrive and head straight to their private quarters to begin getting ready while the groom and groomsmen play a round of golf on our award-winning golf courses. Closer to the ceremony time, the photographer will bring the couple to the beautiful staircase at the back of the building for a first look and portraits backdropped by sweeping green hills and flowing Spanish moss. As the ceremony begins on the lawn in front of the gazebo, our team releases the wedding party in tune with the soft music before giving the bride one more hug as we send her down the aisle. Hors d’oeurves and beverages await the wedding party afterward while photos are taken and guests mingle in the spacious foyer. As the reception doors open, guests are greeted with preset champagne ready for toasts and plated salads before dinner. The bride and groom steal one more kiss before officially entering the reception as husband and wife to dance the night away. Our team keeps everything clean and tidy throughout the night before beginning to pack away any personal items so the wedding party can leave at the end of the wedding without having to lift a finger.
