We cannot say enough amazing things about New York Beer Project Orlando in Winter Garden! We held our wedding reception there, and from start to finish, the experience was absolutely incredible.

Alana, our event coordinator, was a true gem. Her insight, attention to detail, and genuine passion for making our day perfect made all the difference. She guided us through the planning process with ease, offering fantastic recommendations and ensuring everything ran smoothly. We always felt confident in her hands, and on the day of the event, she exceeded every expectation.

The food and drinks were nothing short of spectacular. Our guests are STILL raving about the mouthwatering appetizers, perfectly cooked entrées, and the craft beer selection that made the evening even more special. Every bite and sip contributed to an unforgettable experience that felt both elevated and inviting.

The ambiance of NYBP Orlando is already stunning, but the way they transformed the space for our reception was beyond anything we could have imagined. From the service to the atmosphere, every detail was flawless. Our guests had such an amazing time that they’re already joking (or maybe hoping?) that we renew our vows there every year!

This is a review for a Wedding that we had in the botanical garden room and for the NYBP Events team. From the start of just filling out the initial inquiry form Alana and Gustavo were so quick to respond and answer any questions that we had. Over the 6 month course of planning they provided exceptional service, quick responses and never hesitated to do anything it took to make our vision come to life.

Alana and Gustavo are a great team and work together perfectly. They really enjoy what they do and it shows.

We had an amazing food tasting, we were able to customize pretty much anything we wanted too and became pretty much friends with them over the planning stages.

The Chefs are also great, sometimes breweries may lack in food but not this place the chefs and staff are top notch and we have eaten in the restaurant itself several times and are always impressed by the quality of food and service. The beers are exceptional as well.

The wedding was amazing and the team set up the room to a tee of what we envisioned and oversaw the entire party and made sure everything was running smoothly.

Highly recommend utilizing this place for any special events birthdays, parties, weddings Etc

There is really no place around like this that is a brewery, restaurant with 3 private event spaces upstairs that provides an all in one package.

We originally came to NYBP to look for a wedding reception space but we absolutely fell in love with the New York Botanical Garden for a ceremony and the New Yorker Ballroom as a reception space. We had approximately 85 guests at our wedding and the space was perfect. We are extremely satisfied with having our wedding at NYBP. Alana and Gustavo were amazing to work with throughout the entire planning process. The spaces could be arranged to how we wanted them and Alana and Gustavo helped us come up with the best way to organize our spaces. They are very accommodating and helpful with ideas. The day of the wedding also went so smoothly with the organization and help from Alana and Gustavo. The food and drinks served at the reception were incredible. We really loved being able to enjoy the fireworks at the end of the night from the balcony attached to the New Yorker Ballroom. We did not want our night to end because of how amazing it was to have our wedding at NYBP.
NYBP would be my top recommendation for a wedding! This place is absolutely incredible and truly made our wedding night amazing!

Alana and Gustavo were awesome to work with and helped us craft our ultimate experience every step of the way. It was the perfect place to kickoff our wedding weekend as the food, drinks, atmosphere and service were all outstanding. We were looking for an affordable wedding reception with a “barn formal” theme. NYBP offered the perfect venue with a one-stop-shop option. Alana and Gustavo made our magical night come to life! From the service to the attention to detail, staff, delicious food options and all affordable! We ordered the premium bar package, NYBP did not fail. Would 100% recommend and trust Alana and Gastavo, with planning your event as well!

We hosted our wedding in May of 2023 at the New York Beer Project. We absolutely loved working with Alana and Gustavo! They were such great communicators and really were an instrumental part in helping our vision come to life. The event rooms are beautiful and are made even more magical with a view of the Magic Kingdom fireworks. The whole NYBP staff on our wedding day were fantastic as well. My husband and I can’t recommend this place enough – highly encourage everyone to check it out!
