Tell us about a memorable story from a recent event.
Tammy & Bob recently held their wedding reception with us and they were a 76 year old couple. Tammy had warned me that since most of her guests were older, they would show up early and move slowly. Boy was she right! Everyone started arriving around 5pm for a 6pm cocktail hour and then it took ages to get them all to sit down. However, we were prepared and had food ready to go for them early and then adjusted timelines as needed. It was awesome to see that love has no age and to see so many people show up for them!
Best piece of advice for couples planning a wedding.
Ask questions! Don’t assume things, good or bad, as you can miss out or be disappointed. Ask questions, even if you think they may sound dumb; wedding professionals understand that you don’t plan weddings for a living and we love to share our knowledge!
